Unfortunately, your question cannot be answered with any kind of reliability and accuracy, because there is no official CIC employee allocated to PROCESS questions on this forum!

I think In Process means already my Application is accepted and It should be there after positive eligibility report only.

Hi friends...ndvo updated that my file processing started on 22nd September. Got an update a week back that an interview has been scheduled for next month. Please guide on the probable reasons for an interview call and what all stuff should i need to ponder upon for preparing well....

Finally, I got rejected after encashed! CIC assessed 66/67p because the two first letter of reference, no duties listed even they were not in my NOC! So that, my points for experience decreased! So sad! I will take the TEF in November and reapply in December. Hope no cap reached for 5125! Sad! Good luck to other!

It won't get capped for sure. What is your timeline?

sorry dear. i was under wrong impression. i thought CIC employees are also applying for Canada PR.

I am so sorry for you. I know how you feel. Did you receive the package back? How did you find out about rejection?

I am also 5125 applicant, and I think you should be able to make it. Our NOC is slow.... so no cup should be fill even in December, Good Luck and all the best to you.
