As per me, its still not conclusive enough. I believe CIC is most likely to give PER to guys who are charged before cap update. This is also case a charge happening before cap update. Hence, me must have been in 1000 already.

What would be an clear evidence of cap updates not being PERs is a fresh charge. What do you say? Agree with me?

I have taken a DD from HDFC on in july 2014 for FSW and submitted it along with our PR application on July 21.

Will it be encashed at CIC after such a long period??????????????????????

CIC will use it and first go down verifying if all your 'checked' items are present in the package or not.
