Hi there! I've been reading this forum for quite some time now and it has been very helpful to me.
I just have a query, my application was received by CIC last Sept. 11 however, I did not include any business card from my HR since they do not give out one as well. The personnel said that the heading in my Cert. of Employment already bears the company's address and phone number. Will that suffice the CIC's requirement? Will that be a reason for rejection? Thanks in advance!

Do you have any affidavit format handy to share....if yes,will be really helpful and secondly as no UCI is generated then what all should I mention as my tracking details..I knw these are stupid ? but please do help that what exactly I need to mention in my cover letter along with the affidavit???

No affidavit format handy right now, but the affidavit must mention your name and parents name, your DOB, reason for not having BC, 10th passing certificate as alternate proof, etc.

Regarding email to CIC at cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca, and also the hard copy of Affidavit to be sent to them,

Do mention the following :

1. Surname/ Last name -
2. Given Name(s) -
3. Date of Birth (YYYY-MM-DD) -
4. Country of Birth -
5. (If available) Universal Client Identifier / Client ID number -
6. (If available) Application number -
7. Complete address -
8. Telephone number -
9. Type of Application - FSW -

Any idea how long it takes for pcc issuance if the ploice enquiry was not done before (when the passport was issued...)

The spouse's birth certificate was in native language. It was translated by an authorized government translator/notary. The translator both translated the certificate and also notarized it with a single stamp. I DID NOT send this original translation. I made a copy of it and then notarized the copy, which I sent to CIC along with a notarized copy of the original certificate in native language. I also DID NOT send a separate affidavit of the translator. [/size]

This means, CIC does consider !! Not harsh on people. Thanks for informing, Namaste !!

Any one who has paid RPRF online able to see ecas status using receipt number ?
Else how it could be sure that RFRF paid online as there is no acknowledgement by VO and not even update on ecas ...

For last 4 years or so I have been crossing Canada High Commission Delhi twice a day once on my way to office in Gurgaon and once on return.
I still do.

Never knew this very embassy will be instrumental in changing my life for good

If letter is from HR on company letterhead, Business card is not required. You are perfectly safe.
