Dear Experts/Seniors,

Would like to ask a question here. It may sound stupid. Since CIO is done with one of the NOCs as it has reached 1000 CAP limit. Are there chances that they'll prioritize the CC charge for rest of the NOCs as they have less work to do comparitively.

My application reached on August 25th 2014 under 2171 NOC. Not sure whether my CC would be charged around December 12th or later. I believe there will be holidays starting December 25th or before till year end.

Many Thanks,

Kind Regards,
Shekher

Dear Experts/Seniors,

Thanks for Sharing Amit.

Currently it seems that they are in hibernation mode. Can you please have a look at the office and is there anyone working there ?

If by luck you see anyone can you ask how they select a file for MR is it by trowing files in air and the one that land's on desk will be processed first or do they just close their eyes and pick one from the bunch no mater which date or NOC. :P

Trust me, I had similar urges to go and enquire :D ;D

I think they are using ini mini mina mo method to pick up files.. hahaha

[size=10pt]Also, I would like to disclose an issue with my app that might help others.

The spouse's birth certificate was in native language. It was translated by an authorized government translator/notary. The translator both translated the certificate and also notarized it with a single stamp. I DID NOT send this original translation. I made a copy of it and then notarized the copy, which I sent to CIC along with a notarized copy of the original certificate in native language. I also DID NOT send a separate affidavit of the translator.

Any one who has paid RPRF online able to see ecas status using receipt number ?
Else how it could be sure that RFRF paid online as there is no acknowledgement by VO and not even update on ecas ...

This is really point of worry

Congratulation and +1 for updating.

It is mysterious issue from NDVO. Someone is getting MR 1st then ECAS updated (started processing) and some others are getting only ECAS updated.

Next process is definitely MR/RPRF/PCC request and then passport request.

As those who got firstly ECAS updated are yet to receive MR (as far as I remember), so no timeline can be predicted based on past history ??? ???

But hang on. NDVO is working quicker than last year 8) 8). You can allow them to complete work within 8-10 months.

Thank you
