Hi there! I've been reading this forum for quite some time now and it has been very helpful to me.
I just have a query, my application was received by CIC last Sept. 11 however, I did not include any business card from my HR since they do not give out one as well. The personnel said that the heading in my Cert. of Employment already bears the company's address and phone number. Will that suffice the CIC's requirement? Will that be a reason for rejection? Thanks in advance! :)

No affidavit format handy right now, but the affidavit must mention your name and parents name, your DOB, reason for not having BC, 10th passing certificate as alternate proof, etc.

Regarding email to CIC at cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca, and also the hard copy of Affidavit to be sent to them,

Do mention the following :

1. Surname/ Last name -
2. Given Name(s) -
3. Date of Birth (YYYY-MM-DD) -
4. Country of Birth -
5. (If available) Universal Client Identifier / Client ID number -
6. (If available) Application number -
7. Complete address -
8. Telephone number -
9. Type of Application - FSW -

Any one who has paid RPRF online able to see ecas status using receipt number ?
Else how it could be sure that RFRF paid online as there is no acknowledgement by VO and not even update on ecas ...

If letter is from HR on company letterhead, Business card is not required. You are perfectly safe.
