Gud to hear u got ur DD cashed . Any idea why der is no response from CIC in my case ? Btw a rejected applicant is informed by CIC about his/her rejection? I am hoping nd bit tensed too coz of the delay (NOC2132)

no you will not get any intimation from cic if your file has been returned and in most cases you will get ur per mail before your bank knows that the dd got encashed. i had applied for fsw2013 when my file was returned coz the cap was reached and it took 5 months to get my file back.

i would advise you to relax and pray that your file gets accepted and if you are getting too anxious mail CIO quoting you name and DOB and see if they can track your file, nothing more can be done.

Yes, couple of them are as follows

1. Read the emails (especially the first one) CAREFULLY, it will say FSW package
2. Login to your account, if first few letters of the URL are as follows, then u applied for WES CA
https://www.wes.org/ca/

3. In your account profile, check the package applied, if it says FSW package u r on right path

and above all, if still u have any doubt drop them an email an inquire. Let them know that u need ECA for Canada, if need be, they will themselves transfer ur docs.

As her passport address is from Banglaore, get it done from there - no issue.

I don't think it is her relatively permanent address - she will come back to your residential address soon and your residential address is her also. So don't bother to inform any change of address of her.

Yes, this is what i think too. So should the passport request date be removed or wait for his own correction/confirmation?

I think he is not aware of mistake, might not correct it. Kindly delete the passport request. Here is the quote from Ankurparekh.

I have a query related to PCC. PSK denied issuing the PCC on current passport as my spouse name is not added in my passport. They have asked me to get the passport updated first. I have to send the PCC by 10th Nov, so I don't have time to get the passport updated.

As per CIC guidelines now I have take PCC from SSP office in Punjab as my permanent address is in Punjab but I am currently residing in Noida and have also stayed in Maharashtra in last 10 years

So would the PCC from Punjab be sufficient or do I need additional PCC from Noida as well?

Hi Guys, Just saw cap update for NOC 2174 on CIC website.. Cap is full now.. Not sure how come it happeneed so fast in one week. Till last wee - It was 778 and now all of sudden 1000!!!!
I guess they might have processed last year's pending applications ..
I am 4th JUlky applicant and I was very hopeful of getting the news of my DD entrenchment. But alas!!!!

Hi bro,

Small input about updating passport. you can apply online through tatkal. You may have to pay Rs 2000 additional. But you will get a very near interview date and the new passport within 7-10 days after the interview

I have applied in NOC - 1123 and my application receive date was 25-august.

When i submitted the application i did not have any arranged employment at that time. However, now there is a possibility that I can get employment letter from employer in Canada to show arranged employment.

Pls help me with queries:

1. Will arranged employment help now in speeding up the my application processing?

2. If yes, how do I inform the Canada officials processing the file now? I believe they have already reached July mid in terms of checking the completeness of files. Mine reached August end.

3. Please please let me know if arranging employment now will consider my previous application as null and void and that if it will be considered as a fresh application?
