Hello Seniors,

I am confused how much points I get for education

I am applying as NOC 0911 Manufacturing Manager category.

WES credentials are as under

1. Chemical Engineer 'Bachelors Degree(4 years)
2. MBA as 'Excecutive Masters of Business Administration'.

Please help whether I get 22 points or 23?

Regards,
Azeem

Azeem, this has already been answered by century and myself. Why are you Posting the same query again and again?

Points are 23

Hello Seniors,

I am still preparing my file for NOC 2173, reason I am being late is I am awaiting IELTS result which I am expecting on 1st Nov'14.

I have all documents ready except PCC, and now I came to know PCC need to apply through passport office.

So accordingly I logged in passoport site but its giving me schedule date of 20th Nov'14 as appointment for PCC.

My questions are
1. Does Passport office is the only way to obtain PCC?
2. If I take 20th Nov'14 appointment for PCC, how long passport office will take to deliver PCC after 20th Nov'14
3. Can I submit my application without PCC as I am already delayed for 2173 NOC, and stand only 1% chance to get thorugh cap....so can it be possible to send application without PCC first and then submit PCC afterwords once I get it from passport offic.

Also, I am bit anxious can anyone confirm what is the probability of getting through NOC 2173 if applied in 1st week of Nov?

Thank you....

Thanks Ashif

I appreciate your reply as usual :)

One more question....

Blood relative is sponsoring him which gives him 5 points in total;, so what essential documents are required from blood relative? And should all docs be notarized from Canada itself?

Thanks in advance

You missed the 3rd paragraph of Document Checklist.

Suggest you to send those as additional documents:
1. Notarized Translation done by certified translator
2. Photocopy of original non-english documents notarized.

Sending process;

Step 1:
Write a cover letter explaining why missed earlier and what are being attatched. Mention your Full Name, DoB, UCI (of you have any), Passport number. Also provide the detail of when and who received your original package through which courier. Send the letter
Courier:
Central Registry
Citizenship and Immigration Canada
CIO Correspondence
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2
Canada

Step 2:
After one week of your additional documents being received to CIO, send e-mail at cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca asking whether your additional documents have been added to the original application package. Attach the scan copy of your certificates. Mention your Full Name, DoB, UCI (of you have any), Passport number. Also provide the detail of when and who received your original package as well as additional documents through which couriers.
hi century
the documents are translated and notarized by certified translator
the thing is I'm working in Canada and I asked my family in my home country to do this, and scanned those documents and sand to me, I printed them and submitted, that's why I'm saying I submitted printed photo copy, so this is a returning issue?

I have one doubt, the answer to which might bring cheers for a few, though it was a sad event for few of us.
But as soon as the caps start to fill, like in 2174 recently, should it not be a valid possibility that the time being taken to respond and issue PERs will reduce?
Means the cycle currently is around 90 - 110 days currently, should it not come down to 50 - 60 days?
as the Traffic will reduce significantly?
I hope it does...
