My File received on 21st July

1.In my Experience Letter salary details are not mentioned----HR didn't agrre to the condition.

Will that be a matter of concern, also i have enclosed all my offer letter which has my pay structure mentioned.

Pls advice..... should i send CIC my experience letter again as HR from my organisation has been changed and the new one is ready to mention it in Letter Head.

offer letter mentioning salary structure should be sufficient. But sending latest pay slips would have made the case stronger.

Now, what should I do to resend the file again and how much will it take in processing?
Note, I can't povide salary stamp because it's transferring to my bank account.

Do as I did
I print my bank statement online over 2 years back and highlight about my salary transaction every month since 2 years
If you can't access online you can ask this document from your bank directly
Just back statement as long as u can 1 or 2-3 years

Hi All,

I wanted to know what makes the delay in issuing PER, I had my friend who sent the applications on same day, we both received CC charge on same day.. he got PEr few days back but I haven't received it yet.

Do you think its because of the complexity of the application??

Thanks
Interesting question and it is difficult too answer.

I just noticed that I have missed the signature n the Schedule-3 Economic Classes.... what should I do?

My application received date is 29th Aug for NOC 2071..

You have two option...
1. You can send the signed form to add in your original application but there is no guarantee that it will be added....its on your luck...
2. Arrange another IELTS & WES copy and Send your file again as your application will be return by CIC...

HI Guys

I lost my Credit Card (in an Pick Pocket incidence), so have to mail new Payment INformation to CIC. I am planning to Send an email with new information and a cover letter which includes all my details along with some information about what I am looking for.

Can someone please tell who should I address while writing the covering letter? or someone have a sample letter for me?

THanks
Gaurav

While filling IMM 00083e form I need to fill my occupation and there are following sub catagaries to select in year of experience:

Years of Experience
1 year
2 to 3 years
4 to 5 years
6 years or more

I have 3 year 5 months experience with one employer and 7 months with another employer. How many years should I select for years of experience? Do I need to fill two entries for both of my employer? Also suggest, my total year of experience will be considered as 3 or 4 years?

Note: There is a gap of 12 days between leaving first employer and joining 2nd employer....

Moose83, I have a strong feeling that the CAP update for 2174 will be based on completeness check and not PER. I have a strong feeling that you must have fallen in the CAP limit. CIC takes 12 weeks to take the first decision and before CICupdated the last CAP updated, your application had completed 12weeks with CCIC .... Have faith ... i think you could make it ....

Objective of CIC last 2174 update would be to send out a message to applicants to not apply for NOC2174 anymore ....

And what about the rest who have been arguing all the while that CIC update is based on PER and not completeness check, it surely is not with this update.

Hi everybody
I want to thank every single member in his great forum ,
I've been watching it since few months and it helped me a lot in preparing my file for FSW.
I really need your replies especially seniors :)
My file reach CIO in october 2 nd , my NOc is 3214,my mode of payment is CC. today i received
email from my bank that they are going to introduce a new system of securing all online transaction
in coopreation with visa and master card , which is called "3D secure">
I quote their message

"CBK wants to protect your financial transactions at all times, which is why we present you with
Al-Tijari 3D Secure fraud averting service. Al-Tijari 3D Secure is designed to protect your online
shopping against any possible fraudulent actions, and to make your online shopping using CBK cards
(all credit and prepaid cards issued by Commercial Bank of Kuwait )a safe and pleasant experience.
We joined hands with both Visa (Verified by Visa) and MasterCard (MasterCard® SecureCode™) to present
you with a free and very protective security service, where all you need to do is to follow these
simple steps:
1- Free registration: The next time you attempt to purchase anything from the registered
online retailers, you will be automatically directed to the Al-Tijari 3D Secure page, where you will
see a clear CBK logo with Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode logo (depending on the type of
card you are using) and the CBK personal message "Welcome to Al-Tijari Secure Online Shopping!"
so you can be confident enough to take the next step in your registration.
Your registration will require you to provide the following personal details:
a. Civil I.D. number
b. Account number
c. Your name as embossed on the card
d. Date of birth
You only have to register once for the service, and then you can enjoy online shopping using your
registered user name and password. Keep in mind that you cannot shop online in a registered retailer
without registering for Al-Tijari 3D Secure.
2- After you are done filling in the required information, you will then need to set up a User ID
and a password that you will use every time you shop with your CBK credit card in one of the
participating
retailers.
3- Once you completed the registration, a page will pop up automatically on the screen that will
guide you through the rest of your purchasing process up until you checkout.
4- Next time you are shopping on the internet at a participating retailer, you will just have to
enter your registered User ID and password.
"

Now I'm really confused and a bit worried ,

1) will this protective service prevent CIC from charging my CC, as long as they will not be able
to provide the user name and password for my credit card as per the new system?? or it's not the
same procedure , as i remember i read before in this thread that CIc is using another way to
charge CC which is not same like Online transaction? can somone confirm ??
I called the customer service in the bank , and i explained to theme the situation , BTW ,
I did the same before sending the application , and I stressed to not stop any transaction , and they
said they will never do,This time also , the guy on the phone told me that the bank will not stop any
transaction but they will call me to get my approval , he made me a bit relaxed , but still I'm not
confident 100 % on what he said.

2) I think this way of securing Cerdit card is used somewhere else in the world , did any one of
the members applied with credit card using similar service and got their CC charged without
complication? I really appreaciate sharing your experiences and suggestions.

Hi, seniors
can you pls help answer my concern!
has anyone sent your application with printed photo copies of your notarization???
does CIC accept copies of notarization instead of the original notarization file?
pls comment with whatever you think about this issue!

Ahmedmud,

I did not submit my bachelor's degree credential. I only submitted my last degree (Masters of Commerce , since I assumed that if I will submit my masters degree then I'll acheive 23 points) but as per this assessment I am quite confused.

Please help ..

I am sorry, you will not get any points. First thing is that your master's degree Canadian equivalency is "two years university study" which will not give you any points. Secondly, as you haven't done assessment for your bachelor's degree, you cant claim any points for this as well. I suggest you to submit your bachelor's degree as well as your master's degree again for ECA, this time you can avail services of WES. In addition try to find out the reasons why your master's degree assessment is "university study" rather than "master's degree". Did you completed (passed) your course, if yes, than is your university recognized. There might be various reasons. Also discuss this issues with others. Good luck.
