You should get a revised letter specifying the dates...I am not sure if they accept bank statements for proof of salary, typically they ask for bank statements to validate the salary deposits (when salary slip is provided). The reference letter with dates may pass the completeness check but there is no guarantee that they will not ask for bank statements and salary slips at a later stage. Is it the normal practice in your country not to provide salary slip?
will file processing time be faster?

Guys, I need you help for finalizing my application

Almost all forms are completed. There is one thing that is confusing me which is my Masters degree. In IMM 5669 form, CIC is asking for number of years of Education. As per my University my Master course for full time students is 1 year. On the other hand, my course started on Jan 2007 and completed on dec, 2009.

Shall i put 1 year or two year in the University column ? or what shall i do for that ?

I had same case like yours. My university had an option of two semester's and thesis or three semester's and thesis, i opted for the latter, however the official course duration was one year. In my wes assessment it is mentioned one year master's degree. Please mention One year in number of years of education, however in education history mention the exact dates you were studying, you could add an explaination for whatever reasons it took you two years. Explaining is optional but recommended, it might clear any concerns that your case reviewer might get. Good luck.

Hi,

The number on the CIC website indicates number of PER issued or it is just received application.

No, you will be back in the queue, however, your NOC does not seem to be capped anytime soon, so send a fresh application and hope for the best.

oh, that is worrying,

I will send by november 5th and i am worried if this number is for PER issued, the cap may reach by the time my application gets in.

I am sorry to say you but your application might be returned as incomplete, try to send new signed form as an additional document, but i fear they might not replace your form with the one you have send with your main application. Anyways give it a try or else send a new application if your category has cap limit. Good luck...

earlier it was thought that these are PER applications but after the updation of 2174 to 1000 by adding almost 200 applications in two days....the views have been changed to application whose completeness check is done .....
