Well friend/relative can tell them he/she is calling from canada, and he/she is the applicant.

That's a straight ban for the applicants for misrepresentation cause someone from your behalf will be portraying to be you whilst knowing your file number and your DOB etc, Don't think they are fools not to check on your passport if it has entered through legal means.

Very disheartened to see not a single applicant for Singapore VOC in Global spreadsheet progressed to Medical Request stage as yet. Whereas applicants from almost all VOCs are progressing.

Hope to see this change in coming few weeks.

I am confused how much points I get for education

I am applying as NOC 0911 Manufacturing Manager category.

WES credentials are as under

1. Chemical Engineer 'Bachelors Degree(4 years)
2. MBA as 'Excecutive Masters of Business Administration'.

Please help whether I get 21 points or 22?

kindly aide me, now i am seriously confused, as you know my application was rejected as a result of self signed duty and responsibilities. Now we both no no miracle can happen for me to meet up with CAP1112 AS is far reaching the CAP NOW. with my same current company i am performing the same duties in NOC 1114 please what do i need to do and what are the changes do i need to carry out on my forms. as my consultant is confusing me that is not advisable for me to change my NOC with the same employer as initially applied. please just advice as i can get my reference letter now from my employer as requested please what is my chance and what other document do i need to add

A person's job can be fall under two categories. So, there is nothing wrong to apply another NOC. But you have to ensure it matches with NOC 1114.

You should get on NOC 1114 "Other financial officers", provided you have experience in it and you can prove it through your employer, NOC 1112 will be having less chances for you to apply in again at this stage.

SGVO has only started with FSW2013 - only procesing started and no MR issued. So FSW2014 is long way.

no sir...you can't apply for your parents....but sponsorship program is expected to open in january next year ....which you can do after getting your PR....

You mean after getting the PR card after landing in Canada we can apply PR for our parents/inlaws?

I am 14th May Applicant, and received PER on 29th August, I have selected NDVO, and I am in India right now, My wife is working in Singapore, I will get my MR done in Delhi, now my question is, can I get my wife's MR done from Singapore and send it to NDVO

Please advice !!!!

I have a 4 year Bachelors degree in chemical engineering and 2.5 years of executive MBA degree. Both the degrees have been accessed and credential assessment have been approved from WES.

The problem is that I have no idea whether i get 22 points or 23 points?

I need 23 points to make my points 67...

Please help..........

What does the Canadian equivalence say ? Let us know that.

My guess is that you should get 23 points, but can confirm only after you mention Canadian Equivalence.
