1. Application sent to CIO - Sydney, NS

CC Charged / DD Encashed (Application can be refused after CC charge, chances of refusal are slim though)

PER

1st line on Ecas (We received your application for Permanent Residence on ....) (1st line on Ecas may also appear before PER)
ECAS Status : IN PROCESS

File transfer to Visa office

AOR (Some Visa offices don't send AOR email)

INTERVIEW (mostly waived)

2nd line on Ecas (We started processing your application on ......)
ECAS Status : IN PROCESS

MR + RPRF + Additional documents request

3rd Line on Ecas (Medical Results have been received)
ECAS Status : IN PROCESS

PPR

4th line on Ecas (A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision)
ECAS Status : DECISION MADE

VISA

2. Do it through case specific enquiry of your Visa office (https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=london).
All though your process is 99% true but there are 1% chances that you get only pcc request first and then medical request later. I have personally only received pcc request after PER.

Hi All,
I am a silent member of this forum, I applied for FSW 2014, as Nurse, my file reached on 6th June 2014, I received following email from WES on 3rd Oct 2014, I fax the form on 6th Oct, and again email the form to WES on 8th Oct 2014, but no answer from them yet, little tense now. What to do, whether to pay and ask for duplicate report for CIC as recipient or wait for confirmation email from WES, did any one in forum has face the same issue?

Hi XXX,

In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your application, they will need to review your evaluation report through using WES’ online service. In order to allow CIC to access this service, you will need to order a duplicate report and select CIC as a recipient of your WES evaluation report.

If you are using the attached order form and want to pay by credit card, please fax the completed form to 416.972.9004.

Once it has been processed, an email notification for a payment request will be sent to you, you can then log into Check Status/Your Account: xxxxx and pay your balance by a credit card.

In order to expedite your order, we encourage you to pay by a credit card. Cheque payments will take longer to process and will delay your order.

Best regards,
WES Canada

Identification Type:

Identification Number:

Please enter your information as it appears on your application or identity document.

Surname/Family Name:

Date of Birth (YYYY-MM-DD):

Place of Birth:

For FSW, we use UCI number and not file number. Applicants who already got UCI from earlier years application, generally got UCI. I got it from last year's returned file and use it before getting PER to enter ECAS. Once you get your PER email, you will get UCI to be used in entering ECAS.
