I am a silent member of this forum, I applied for FSW 2014, as Nurse, my file reached on 6th June 2014, I received following email from WES on 3rd Oct 2014, I fax the form on 6th Oct, and again email the form to WES on 8th Oct 2014, but no answer from them yet, little tense now. What to do, whether to pay and ask for duplicate report for CIC as recipient or wait for confirmation email from WES, did any one in forum has face the same issue?

Hi XXX,

In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your application, they will need to review your evaluation report through using WES' online service. In order to allow CIC to access this service, you will need to order a duplicate report and select CIC as a recipient of your WES evaluation report.

If you are using the attached order form and want to pay by credit card, please fax the completed form to 416.972.9004.

Once it has been processed, an email notification for a payment request will be sent to you, you can then log into Check Status/Your Account: xxxxx and pay your balance by a credit card.

In order to expedite your order, we encourage you to pay by a credit card. Cheque payments will take longer to process and will delay your order.

Hello:

You have to wait few more weeks to hear good news. CIC is currently working with 24th June applicants. Keep an eye on spreadsheet found in my signature.

PER: It is Positive Eligibility Review. After intensive review, CIO confirms that applicant's documents, forms, and required information is good enough to declare eligible for the processing. It is send through e-mail to applicants.

ECAS: It is an online tool through which applicant can see his/her status after getting charged (and later on updating in the system). For some applicant, it is update after PER.

For other abbreviation, check spreadsheet tab Abbreviation.

Havent heard anything yet.
Can anyone guide me as to what needs to be done.
Though i have been a quiet member, but i still do not understand whats PER, ECAS, etc terminologies and the sequence in which i should be expecting things coming back.
Can someone please elaborate on this point so that things could get a little clearer.

Confusion in points for education

Hello Seniors,

I have a 4 year Bachelors degree in chemical engineering and 2.5 years of executive MBA degree. Both the degrees have been accessed and credential assessment have been approved from WES.

The problem is that I have no idea whether i get 22 points or 23 points?

I need 23 points to make my points 67...

Please help..........

I have received PCC request and MR on 9th Oct...
Application date : 13th May

Can any one please help me with following queries

1. What if email ID given in my spouse's MR form is wrong. Do I need to inform them right now.

2. I had raised case specific enquiry for addition of new member to my application on 19th Sept 2014, but they haven't sent any MR form for new member. What i should do. Shall I wait for another week and then drop them an email. Do anyone know for LVO what is the correct email id where these type of request or changes can be requested.

for london visa office should I apply for gcms note for my application or wait for some more time .

U may apply now....But My suggestion is to wait for two - three months more....

Since for FSW13 London took nearly 10-12 months for MR (on an avg).....

So I think u may wait a bit more time....

Please share experience with Warsaw office. From 2013 spreadsheet can see that only 1 got visa in October 2014.

First of all congrats on ur MR!!!

1. U may proceed with the wrong email ID...Since this is not a big deal.....Also u may send a CSE...

2. for Child addition , u may send the below docs directly.....They will update it....send an email again for ur child....ask them for sending Medical form for ur child....


1. Updated Additional Family Information IMM5406” FOR U AND SPOUSE.
2. 150 CAD bank draft
3. With a cover letter mentioning your new born child addition.
4. Child Birth Certificate
5. Passport.
6. updated Bank cert+statement
7. PHOTO-6 COPIES (WITH FIVE COPIES WRITTEN WITH NAME+DOB+Photo taken date )
8. Updated Generic Application form
