Can you please describe PER ? I mean , if you received PER .. then this means that your assessment already made positively ? and no chances of rejection or what ?

PER received on 25th August
ECAS updated on 10th October. It says we started processing your application on 7th October.
Visa office: NDVO
My query is now how long they generally takes to send MR request after ECAS update? Please answer my query

PER mail text should answer that:

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of.......... However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.

I am sorry nishesh, i think you are saying that the title or designation do not have to match the ones mention by CIC. However, the duties performed at work should match the NOC requirement's. This, i feel is a must. Thanks.

I do agree with ahmedmud cause designation differ from company to company .. what makes the real difference is the roles and responsibilities on company letter head with all the information that can be provided to CIC for evalutation.

its quite possible that CIC could work tomorrow .... Slight chance .... please find below the list of holidays for Canada ..... Its say October 13th except NS .... Nova Scotia ... Like Optimit3 pointed out earlier that its a national holiday ... but I am still hoping that CIC is working tomorrow ... lol ....

I received my PER email on 27 Aug and my status is still " In Process". What should be the next step in application process and how would I know if my application has reached visa office?

Secondly, I have to inform visa office regarding the change in my address and completion of degree. How can i do that?

Please guide.

That form can be downloaded anytime from WES website before or after fee payment.
After fee payment enter the Ref.No and other details in the form and submit to university/college.
