go to this link and submit your application
http://www.acro.police.uk/police_certificates.aspx
the only issue is they do not accept payment with credit card and you have to download the application form and then make a draft in British Pounds and send through courier.
http://www.acro.police.uk/Payment_Methods/
if you have some friends or relative in UK or you have UK bank account then you can make payment through bank transfer.
it is required that if you stay more than 6 months in any country you have to provide police certificate. me myself got one from UK and it took me almost 40 days after my application to ACRO.

Good Luck

Sir ji +1 for you for quick response..

Inquiry:

I have send mail to CIC on September 5, 2014 regarding my application which arrived at CIC on July 14, 2014. But I haven't got any reply of my email. Since it's been more than a month, I'm supposed to get a reply. I am being impatience. What should I do? Please suggest

get enlisted on SS. you have posted your enquiry before completion of 8 weeks, they might not reply to it. I would suggest to have patience as July 14 charging will take place by end of October. You will definitely hear some news by then. Cheers...

If you have stayed for more than 6 months in any country then you will be required to produce the PCC for that country.

You can get the information of UK pcc from below link:

Guys !!!

Need urgent Help!!!

I stayed in London for about an Year but its less than a Year. Although I have submitted my PCC from India, will the CIC be asking the PCC for the period I stayed in London.? Any help will be highly appreciated.. If so, How can I get the PCC now while being in India. I have tried calling the Police Station in UK but on the phone they are not entertaining. Is there any Central number or any process Online where I can contact and get the PCC... Pls suggest...

Many Thanks

Guys,

Its really frustrating to know that CIC is not processing all applications as per application received date. Being 5th june applicant, I'm still waiting to get initial response and money getting deducted. It will not be fair, if they process other application and then come back to me saying that CAP is full. Does anyone know, what are the real factors for ignoring applications and processing later date application.

Just a tiniest of hope remaining that says everything will be fine. Just praying for all who are in same condition as mine, to get their PER soon.

Hello!

I'm new in this forum. My application was received by Dave in Sydney, Nova Scotia on July 2nd. I've read earlier that a joint account with parents are not OK as a proof of funds. Does any of you know somebody whose application was denied because of this issue?

The thing is, majority of the bank statements I submitted come from joint accounts with my mom. If CIC will not consider those funds from the joint accounts, then I will not meet the required amount. All of the funds in the joint accounts are actually mine. It's just that I want my mom to have easy access to the money in case I die.

As of now, I still haven't heard from CIC. What should I do at this point? Should I send CIC a notarized statement explaining that all of the funds in the joint accounts are mine and I just want to give my mom easy access? Or should I create a new bank account under my name only, transfer all of the funds there, and submit new bank statements to CIC?

But if I will do the latter, will it not be a problem by the time CIC verifies the documents I submitted because those bank accounts will be empty by then? Also, I think another issue with the latter is that CIC wants to see the cash flow and not just the ending balance of the bank account. Some people borrow a huge amount of money and put it in their accounts to pretend that it's theirs. Whereas if CIC can see funds going in and out of the account for a long period of time, then the funds look more genuinely owned by the bank account holder.

I would appreciate any helpful feedback on this issue. Thanks a lot!

Congratulation brother.

+1 for updating.
