Hi,

what is the correct understanding here, is it from the day of visa stamping or the day when you receive your MR.

It means your visa is valid fro the day of medical done. If I have undergone medical test today I. E 10 October 2014 and got visa on 1 jan 2015. It will be valid till 9 October 2015. Hope it clears now.

CIC does not send AOR. You will have to wait for about 100 days to hear from CIC.

Well your everything is self explanatory and verified by the WES, your passport and your IELTS result. the only thing left is your work experience, if your work experience is related to your NOC and fulfilled all the requirements e.g. your date of joining, designation (not that important) your job duties (very important) your working hours, salary and mode of your job (full time or part time, preferably your job should be full time) etc. if you pay some more attention to your work experience letter then i am sure you ll make it without any doubt...

Need urgent Help!!!

I stayed in London for about an Year but its less than a Year. Although I have submitted my PCC from India, will the CIC be asking the PCC for the period I stayed in London.? Any help will be highly appreciated.. If so, How can I get the PCC now while being in India. I have tried calling the Police Station in UK but on the phone they are not entertaining. Is there any Central number or any process Online where I can contact and get the PCC... Pls suggest...
