My friend i am reading lots of previous pages...
My question is not related to CAP... I want to know Till what date the completeness check has reached i remember few days back someone reported that his app was returned and he was from 8th Aug and that gave a kinda hint that the completeness check has already reached till aug 8 ... I am not sure how we cn check this..

Hello guys, I have a query

Do we need to provide Proof of Funds under FSW? It says on CIC website that -
You do not have to show that you have these funds if:
•you have a valid offer of arranged employment in Canada AND
•you are currently working or authorized to work in Canada.

I am currently working in Canada on Work Permit and have a full time permanent job. However, I do not fulfill the criteria for arranged employment as my employer did not take any approval for LIMO....
Kindly advice

Dear, as far as I understand they are dealing with W1-W2 of July already for a number of applicants reported return of their applications for the respective dates. So, there are only two sources - the thread and the SS (if the applicant is so kind to update it). If it is the SS you can sort all the rejections in chronological order.

Thanks for this forum, I didn't know such forum exist. I applied to FSW1 by May and got my application returned with this remark;
A review of your application indicates you do not meet the requirements of regulation 10 of IRPA. The application is being returned to you for this. and then I got appendix C with lots of boxes but have the one that stated that additional family information (IMM5406) for all persons on the file (accompanying or not) 18 years of age or older: SPOUSE
NOTE: Work experience: it is important that you provide us documentation supplying evidence to show that within the 10 years before the date of your application was made,you have accumulated over a continuous period at least one year of full work experience, or the equivalent I part time, in occupation you identified as your primary occupation, that is listed in the skill type 0 or skill level A or B of the NOC. Your letter of employment must clearly described in the lead statement and that you have performed a substantial number of main duties of the occupational descriptions of the NOC including all the essential duties for the period of employment. If your letter(s) does not provide us with this information, you will not meet the regulation 10 of IRPA.
I am a registered nurse from Nigeria but haven't got masters as this is one of the educational requirement for clinical nurses in Canada.

I have decided to reapply under the licensed practical nurse unit. Please can anyone keep me right on how to meet the regulatory requirement of 10 of IRPA and what I am expected to do with regards to this statement; with lots of boxes but have the one that stated that additional family information (IMM5406) for all persons on the file (accompanying or not) 18 years of age or older: SPOUSE. From what I read on this forum, another applicant had a similar query - It seems you can get your medicals done elsewhere. However you cannot get Medicals unless you receive the Medical Request e-mail. It has a form that needs to be filled up.

Mistake in my experience certificate which i sent to cic, they wrote annual salary for my monthly salary, however amount is correct in the payslip and the it is clear in the my bank statement that the amount is monthly.

Seniors, any chance of rejection because of such mistake :'(

Cic made many exceptions this year and this forum is full of such poofs.. Im sure CIC would see that as 'typo" and take you in ;D ;D ;D

Thats right, you can get your medicals done anywhere in the world as long as you got them done with doctors specified/designated in the CIC's website. As amirali said you need to wait for your MR which will contain all the required information. :-X

Is it mandatory to write monthly salary on experience certificate or salary slip would suffice... Also in my letter it is only written that i am working as full time employee, Number of hours are not written will it work?

CIC cap website base the numbers on that table on what?

The website states that the numbers reflect complete applications received since may 1st 2014.
But by complete they mean what?
People who have had their fee charged? Received PER?
Can a complete application still be refused?

This question of mine might sound a bit silly but I can't seem to figure it out for sure.

Also, how accurate is that? There's even a note, by the bottom of the page that says it's an estimate.

Not sure if my reading comprehension is faulty but, to me, the info there is a bit vague, even misleading.

Will any of you experts out there enlighten me?

Thats right, you can get your medicals done anywhere in the world as long as you got them done with doctors specified/designated in the CIC's website. As amirali said you need to wait for your MR which will contain all the required information. :-X

[size=10pt]Complete applications could mean either ones whose fees have been charged after completeness check or those with PERs, it is not completely clear. Applications can be refused at any stage until the visa is actually stamped in the passport. But the chances of rejection are greatest at the completeness check stage. At every other subsequent stage, the chances go down.[/size]

Since their numbers are for applications received a few months in the past and does not account for applications they have received but not yet done completeness check.[/size]

It's PER. They allocate a place in the cap only when an applicant passes eligibility review. At this point CIO updates their statistics and transfers the file to a VO.

It is an estimate because they have a backlog and hence October applicants for instance need to take into consideration the fact that these figures are representative ONLY of the applications processed, but not the application IN QUEUE for processing that will eventually affect the cap when this October application reaches the desk of an adjudicator.

I'm 8 may .. PER 13 Aug ... applied from Egypt so I believe my file is transferred to CPC-Ottawa.
I haven't heard anything after PER, when do you think I may hear from them?
