Sent my MR receipt, DD and other supporting documents to NDVO today.
My medicals have been received by NDVO as its showing in ECAS.

Nothing more to do except to wait for PPR. Fingers crossed !!

Hi,

I am June 30 applicant. I got UCI in response to inquiry i made at CIC.

What would be the update if i check online about status of my file? I mean if rejection-what will be updated? and if selected what will be updated?

It looks they are about to charge your application, have completed prelim checks.
BTW, Could you share the content. Does it says your application under preliminary assessment or something like. when did you get the reply.

Check with the medical center that did your medicals. Ask whether they have sent your docs to NDVO or not. ECAS is not updated when u sent your medical receipts but when the medical center sends the reports. I sent my medical receipts and other docs today but my ECAS was updated last week. I did my medicals on 30th Sept.

Pls help regarding proof of employment.

I have been working with my husband from last 10 years. We are trading in sanitary and hardware supplies.Ours is a registered firm. I am handling all purchase and sales.
I want to apply in NOC 0113 as Purchase manager.
I am working for my home company, I am getting cash remuneration.
All enquiries and purchase orders comes on my personal mail ID. But these proves sales from our firm.
All purchases what we make are generally cash transactions which are based on verbal communication. Hence, no purchase orders are there as a proof to show purchases from our side.

I can get a letter of reference from my husband who is proprietor, stating my duties and tenure.
I can even obtain refernce from vendors whom I am dealing with.I even have bills issued by them for purchases made.
I can also obtain reference letters from our customers( but this will prove that I am working as a sales personnel)

I dont have any salary proof but my husband can even provide me aletter stating that he is paying me remuneration.

I have some transfers in my saving account from my company's current account(from past few months) but they are not regular.The amount varies . Sometimes they are in few thousands while sometimes they are in a rather huge amount. I doubt I can show them as salary.

Please advise
Getting reference letter from husband as boss will be a sufficient proof? Yes, on your business letter head in addition to the references from your vendors and customers
How cash remuneration can be proved? Not complusory as pay slips are supporting documents not main document proving employment
Can I enclose snapshots of my correspondence on my mail ID? You can print and attach past emails that prove your role and employemnt

Working in a home company should not be a problem as long as you are able to prove :

your job roles and responsibilities fall under a specified NOC category
you are able to prove that you are being paid
if you file your income tax than that would suffice for your earnings along with your bank account statement.
since you are able to provide references from your customer/vendor, that way you will be able to justify your work exp.
a letter stating your earnings for the last few financial years on the company's letter head will work

No but you may be asked for original FD receipt ... which you have to surrender to the bank for loan.

If i show the POF as FD and if take the loan on that FD, whether it leads to the rejection?

"Sent my medicals" as in ?? Why do you have to 'send' your Medicals ?

Its vie eMedical so the Panel Physician will upload it directly on Canada High Commission portal !

From where did you get your IME done ?

Guys, My friend's application reached CIC on July 23 (NOC 2173). What is the likelihood that his CC will be charged ?

Jun 30th ??? Things are way forward than what i think...... Did you mailed cio mean how you got uci, if yes when ?

I mailed them in Second week of August and they replied a week before. the mail mentioned " We received your application and it is awaiting review."

I think they must have done completeness check and then assign UCI. After that they go for detailed review and fees charging and then PER. Also, I think based on this, CAPS update are done based on completeness check only.
