Pls help regarding proof of employment.
I have been working with my husband from last 10 years. We are trading in sanitary and hardware supplies.Ours is a registered firm. I am handling all purchase and sales.
I want to apply in NOC 0113 as Purchase manager.
I am working for my home company, I am getting cash remuneration.
All enquiries and purchase orders comes on my personal mail ID. But these proves sales from our firm.
All purchases what we make are generally cash transactions which are based on verbal communication. Hence, no purchase orders are there as a proof to show purchases from our side.
I can get a letter of reference from my husband who is proprietor, stating my duties and tenure.
I can even obtain refernce from vendors whom I am dealing with.I even have bills issued by them for purchases made.
I can also obtain reference letters from our customers( but this will prove that I am working as a sales personnel)
I dont have any salary proof but my husband can even provide me aletter stating that he is paying me remuneration.
I have some transfers in my saving account from my company's current account(from past few months) but they are not regular.The amount varies . Sometimes they are in few thousands while sometimes they are in a rather huge amount. I doubt I can show them as salary.

Getting reference letter from husband as boss will be a sufficient proof? Yes, on your business letter head in addition to the references from your vendors and customers
How cash remuneration can be proved? Not complusory as pay slips are supporting documents not main document proving employment
Can I enclose snapshots of my correspondence on my mail ID? You can print and attach past emails that prove your role and employemnt
