Hi Guys,
I couldn't find a more suitable place to ask these queries. Could you please help me out?

I am planning to apply for the FSW visa in this month. I have some basic questions regarding the same.
1) What is the probability that my application will be inside the CAP ? Which NOC are you applying under ?
2) I plan to go for a consultancy to help me in the complete process. Their charges amount to Rs. 70K. Is this wise?
3) When do I need to take the IELTS test? If you haven't taken the IELTS yet then you probably wont be able to apply this month due to the IELTS schedules. You should take the test ASAP.

Thank you.

I think you'd be fine because broken arm will recover in a few weeks or months, you will be able to work and earn your self a salary so you wouldn't be a burden on the Canadian tax payers (may of which are going to be members of this forum). Don't worry, cheers!

How many PCC have you got. Please do not just give opinions, only share info based on personal experience.

Hi Vijay,

What i am trying to say here is that, the PCC done from Ggn would have covered the period for stay at Ggn (as they are not having any info about the whereabouts about previous residences).

This happened in my case so i have to request the PCC at Delhi to get my verification done from my native too and increase the record which was earlier mentioned around 1 year.

Post my request the PCC now states and covers the clearance for last 10 years.

I hope it helps.

The possibilities seem very low. Sorry to say that but 2174 would very likely be filled by that date.

Hi All,

I am new to this forum. My app got received on 18 June under 2174 category (mode of payment - DD). I have already updated the SS.
Anyone else from same date under 2174? Would like to be part of a WP group for 2174 if we have any.

Thanks,
R.K. Nain

welcome dear

check the ss for all updates

Guys,

what are the chances to not get PER even after DD or CC charged?
I saw a case today in which a person's file rejected after CC charged.

Might be less than 1% as we can see in ss only one

So far 1168 applicants reported charged. Out of which 8 reported rejection. So there is around 0.68% chance of rejection after charging. The value is too small to consider it material. So, don't get into negative thinking.

Please find the answers inline

1) What is the probability that my application will be inside the CAP ? -->> It depends on which category (NOC) you choose to apply in. If you apply under some NOC which is not quite "hot" you can easily expect to be in the CAP.

2) I plan to go for a consultancy to help me in the complete process. Their charges amount to Rs. 70K. Is this wise? -->> This is a very personal decision. As per my opinion, If you go through this forum (check the question/answers of previous applicants) and also thoroughly go through CIC's website for FSW program, you would get ALL the information that is required to file your application. In my personal opinion, Consultants charge hefty amounts and are not that useful either. No one can prepare your file better, than you your ownself.

3) When do I need to take the IELTS test? -->> You need to take "General Training (GT)" IELTS as soon as possible. Because you will need the original IELTS transcript to be sent along with your FSW application.

Hi seniors
