CIC is correct, WES for FSW is only valid ,if you have done the validation after april 2013.
Chances depends on your NOC whether you will be in quota for FSW2014.
If your fall under 2174 or 2173 or 2171 it may not be possible in FSW 2014.
2174 - 100% not possible now.
MY NOC 3012

I have a silly question. I got my IELTS results today in a sealed envelope with the IELTS coordinator initials on the back of the envelope. Can we open the envelope or do we have to submit the IELTS results in the sealed envelope I received ?

Open it of course!! It is meant for you, so the seal does not matter. How else would you know the results?

Could any1 please tell me/show me how the CC charge shows up on your credit card statement?

Does it mention CIC, or Canada, at all?

I'm asking that so I can call my bank and let them know that there will be a C$ 1100 charge on my CC, from CIC/Canada, *name show* on the statement. I want to be very specific so the bank won't even think about refusing to charge my CC when the time for it comes.

Buddy it would be risky. you may or may not make within 1000 cap. if Possible try 2232. many duties are common.

Hi, just to let you know that usually most banks have set their credit card withdrawal limit more than CAD1100. Don't worry. But do call. Mine was set by default to $2000

RE: FD with joint account with father or mother:

No. It should be either Principal applicant, spouse or their joint account. Joint FD with father is not considered. Better transfer it to your name.

Just got curious with this topic and I have a few questions:

1.Does it make a difference when it is an "AND/OR" rather than an "AND" type of account?

2.Has there been attestations that joint accounts with father/mother were accepted/rejected at the VO level?

3.Was there attested visa rejection regarding this on the forums?

4.Does local VO give consideration and time for transfer to principal applicant if joint account is with father/mother?

Thank you for your kind response.

But this is the confusion, if I have to write about all my visits to Pakistan from London and to London from Pakistan. Then It will be too much to write. As I visit Pakistan once or twice every year.

So, I will be keep on writing on the forms and spare sheets " Travelled to pakistan for 15 days" travelled to UK and stayed 6 months , then travelled to pakistan for 15 days then back and stayed 7 months and so on ................. I am really confused.

any more suggestions please.

Thank you
I have also excluded my short trips and then send updated IMM5996E to visa officer
