Could you please clarify - when we receive evaluation package first time from WES, there are two reports in it. Is one of them just duplicate, or they are all counted original and are valid for CIO? I have sent one of them without looking, should i begin to panick? My WES report was received in July 2014. Any advice highly appreciated. Thank you!

You should order an original WES report ASAP and send it to CIO. Someone's file was returned because they sent a duplicate report from WES.

The WES report details about your degree is the same on an original and a duplicate. The only difference is that the duplicate report will have the words DUPLICATE printed on it.

I have two questions,

1) PCC, I have spent 26 years of my life in one state in India and since last 7 years I am in another state. Now Passport office can issue PCC, Do I need to go for two PCC? one from Old state and another one from current one ?
2) I have my birth certificate in local language and I did translation with affidavit. I sent notarised English version with Affidavit. Is it enough or I missed to send photo copy of local language of birth certificate.

PCC can be issued in two ways 1) through passport office 2) through your local Police station from where it goes to commissioner office. They ask for last 10 year record. I think you might have to go to other state if your police station does not cooperate.

Thanks for your quick response... but how do I get it done, I mean take the MR form and repeat the whole process or on the same form get the X-ray done?

very sorry to hear about the miscarriage .
in my opinion you must send them an email explaining your situation u could attach the doctor's report , i guess they will then issue u another MR . u cant have an xray done without the medical request form

Urgent Help!!! In new Schedule 3 form, what should we tick if the employment period is less than 1 year, leave it blank? Under occupation, should we mention title? My wife's designation for one of the employers was Software Engineer, but her duties match NOC 2174 - Computer Programmer? Can we mention Software Coding instead and write NOC as 2174?

1)You can use ">" 1 Year.
2)The title of the job doesn't matter as long as JD match with qualifying NOC.

You should be fine. When you do the initial application for the WES report you will get 2 originals.

If you apply for a duplicate after the initial application you will not get an original. You will get a duplicate with the words "duplicate" written on the actual report.

I went through both processes. Based on the person's post yesterday, CIO didn't accept the duplicate WES report.

No need to amend forms. Just send them the copies of new PPs by mail and via CSE, describing the situation at the same time.
