I am 7 May Applicant Received my PER on 11 August from India..

I have Renewed Mine and Spouse's Passport just a month back. Now i need to Update NDVO regarding same..

so whats procedure to Update NDVO with our New Passports..???

Should i submit New Forms with New Passport Numbers or just need to submit Old and New Passport Copy..


Please Help me ASAP.. I am really n hurry to do so..

Don't do anything for now. Wait till you get MR. They will ask you in MR email to update PP if any changes has been made. At that time you can send photocopies of your new passport.

Re: Need information

PCC can be issued in two ways 1) through passport office 2) through your local Police station from where it goes to commissioner office. They ask for last 10 year record. for PA and dependents greater than 18 yrs of age for all countries other than Canada where you have stayed for more than 6 months after the age of 18. I think you might have to go to other state if your police station does not cooperate.

Aish, it is definitely a red flag if it is evident that it is your husband's firm as there is a possibility of misrepresentation of duties and responsibilities, however, may not be a cause for rejection provided that you have the supporting documents to prove that it was a full-time paid job.

yes it have submitted pay stubs and IT return too.i have also give reference letter from 3rd party. is it enough?

I guess it is very obvious by now that my application has been returned. When should I expect to receive the application? I am worries as i want to re-apply (after discovering the mistakes) before end of November.

NOC: 3142.
Application received date: 9th june.
CC charged date: 25th Sept.
PER received date: 6th Oct.

Thanks for the quick reply. I did not understand the first point.. Options are 1 Year; 2 to 3 Years; 4 to 5 Years and 6 Years or more

1)You can use ">" 1 Year.
2)The title of the job doesn't matter as long as JD match with qualifying NOC.

Pray for good. If you are from India it takes around 2 months to reach interiors. Meanwhile you can prepare second file and send it to CIC as soon as possible.
