Just got one question in mind to clarify-
- If someone get charged and get PER, does it mean that his/her job responsibility matched with NOC category? seen from the SS that one application was rejected after being charged due to JD did not matched with claimed NOC.

Can you please confirm if he rejected only after being charged or after receiving PER?

Coz, If it is only after begin charged, then it is a common thing. It happened with some other people also.

But rejecting in this ground after issuing PER would be really scary for all.

Hey everyone,
I'm back for my third-time-charm.
As i'm preparing everything i need, i'd like to check with seniors few things:
1. Is there anything else changed regarding documents, except updated forms, most of it in August?
2. Is it case for ALL the original documents, since my complete application with all the docs is with them, that i can send copies, and state thati've sent all the originals which they have on my file from few months back??

HELP!

All, I'm a provincial nominee and sent my federal application on August 28th. I received my application back today with UCI number penned in and all BUT with the request to send a copy of birth certificate. They sent my whole package back.

Now here's the problem - I sent the birth certificate WITH the original mailing , they sent it back. My first incling was...someone isn't doing their job, checking the docs properly, just sent it back. I was going to send it back with a note. On second thought, it occurred to me that maybe they saw the birth certificate but have a problem with it. I don't believe they would have missed it. So instead of sending them back the package after losing 40 days, and repeating the cycle. I'm trying to make sure the basis is absolutely covered

So here's the only issue I think someone may have with the certificate , please comment if you have experience.

My original birth certificate has everything correct on but has two extra middle names (in my culture kids are given many names that are impratical to translate to official documents like passport etc so eventually those other names get dropped). My birth certificate has two extra names not on my passport. Let's say
my passport and other documents spell FS: X, MI: Y, LN: X My Birth certificate has FS: X, MI: Y, A, B: LN :X

FS - First name
MI - Middle Initial(s)
LN- Last Name

In other words on my birth certicate, the extra middle names A & B are present but Dropped on my passports, Drivers license, US work permit, VISAs, Transcript. Would they reject the birth certificate for this reason ?

EVERYTHING ELSE is intact on the BC - my DOB, parents name, notary from the local govt etc.

Hi,

I am sorry, that is such an unfortunate situation. Did you discuss this with your bank, if they re-issue your card will it have the same 'cvv' number ?

My suggestion is talk to your bank regarding your arrangement of payment with. CIC and how best they can help you on this.

Although, some seniors in the forum may have better solution for your issue.

Thanks for the reply. Bank will not be able to issue another card with same another, because of security Issues. I have to approach CIC for this, but don't know how .

Well...As per my info PER means positive eligibility review. So it means that everything that u sent is as per CIC guidelines, whether its POF, JD, documents, etc..etc, Only then they send u a PER.
Next step is that they send your file to your VO and then..VO checks if everything that u have sent is true or fake.


So chill if you have received PER and all your documents are real and true.

I think PER is positive eligibility review. this is the initial review to check the completeness of the application, after that application is placed in queue for thorough processing.

As per my experience, last year i applied for same category 2132 and got PER, and after getting PER my application was straightway refused because two of my three job letters didn't have detailed job description though there was a brief written about full time work in category.

This year i got the detailed descriptions of job duties from all the three employers and again got PER.. now waiting for good news after PER this year..

It's mentioned that he got rejection after being charged. Nothing mentioned about PAR status.

Hi,

There were cases where people have sent additional documents after sending the original app.
You can use a fresh credit card form with your available card info. Explaining the situation in a covering letter. And courier it to CIC ASAP.

You can also mail them with your details explaining your situation.

Send them updated information along with cover letter including your personal information i.e. PP#, DOB, First Name, Last Name, etc. .

You can use a fresh credit card form with your available card info. Explaining the situation in a covering letter. And courier it to CIC ASAP.

You can also mail them with your details explaining your situation.
