Returned package August 28th?????????? Really????

He seems to be in provincial nominee program, i am not sure in which program has he applied. Thats why this discrepancy. CIC would be having different departments for different programs.

My aplication reached to CIC on June 4th, and i provided all the necessary documents

If you see june 6 7 8 9 APPLICANTS ARE ALREADY GOT PER.

But for still DD is nto encashed.

When did you apply? WHy hope for rejection? What are your doubts with your applic that may lead to rejection?

I am also interested in hearing about this. I checked FBI site today and they changed processing time from 8 weeks to 12 weeks. my CC was charged by FBI on 16th sept and haven't received anything from them..

should we email NDVO? IN addition I have another query: I have FBI PCC from 2013 July end and I left US in sept 2013. end. Is visa office flexible and will they accept that? should I ask them?

also does NDVO reply quickly or do they take month like CIC.

thanks,
Vishal

Hi,

Yes, there has been extension for FBI Summary.
Mail NDVO for extension they are mostly likely to understand.

All the best.

I think PER is positive eligibility review. this is the initial review to check the completeness of the application, after that application is placed in queue for thorough processing.

As per my experience, last year i applied for same category 2132 and got PER, and after getting PER my application was straightway refused because two of my three job letters didn't have detailed job description though there was a brief written about full time work in category.

This year i got the detailed descriptions of job duties from all the three employers and again got PER.. now waiting for good news after PER this year..

Good Luck..!!

Hi,as for your case last year, did you need to count those two jobs without detailed job letters toward your points? Can you please share the wording of the refusal letter?

I have had two jobs but only 1 of them is relevant under my NOC. Should I provide proof of employment and detailed job letters for the one I do not need to count toward my points? Thanks

Hi All,

I am sure that something went wrong with my app, as I havent still charged yet. I am May 22nd applicant (NOC-2131), have sent a follow up mail on Sep-20th, so waiting for a mail from them may be by this month end. I also tried to reach them over phone, spoke to an agent , where there was no proper response from them. I have also sent my details to one of my friend who stays in canada for enquiry regarding my app.

If my file gets returned, and i resend with the missing information, do I have any chance or shall I wait for Express entry starting in Jan-15 ?

Hi Guys

My application was received on 29th Of September at Canada office. I lost my credit card (the one I used in application) in a small incident yesterday and have to cancel it. What can I do now to get my payment information updated?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Thanks
G

Very sorry to hear that. I guess you still have time to supply them with the new CC info or a DD this time to make sure. Just follow the seniors' advice on how to send additional documents.

Yes i needed those two letters to count towards my points. CIC simply said that they can not award points for those letters so i didn't meet the required 67 points target and hence refused.

Hi,

I have a small query.
I am working as an Assistant Professor of Law in a college (affiliated by a University). Am i eligible for this NOC "4011 University professors and lecturers"?? OR one should be working directly in the University?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

What is your app received date ?
MR received date ?

FBI PCC is valid for only a year. However, It's NDVO's call.
About your present app wit FBI - why don you try calling their call centre ?

Mostly NDVO replies are quick like 5-10 working days as per what is reported in this forum.

Guys

My Application was Received on 7th August.

1. By when I can expect to hear from CIC? I am first time applicant
2. I didn't had any DOB certificate as such. But I included the PAN CARD, Class Xth Marksheets and Certificates, and also the PAN CARD. Would that Suffice for the DOB Proof.?

Thanks
