Me n my spouse are sitting for Ielts eam on the 1st if November... And will be sending the docs by end if November under NOC 2281... U do think we still can make it... Coz the cap count only shows 229 apps received by CIC...

Pls advise!

Guys Happy to see people getting PER and for those whose application reached on June 9th. I am 12 June applicant under NOC1112 and payment DD however, no news on the PER yet. Can I expect PER next week i.e from Monday 06 Oct. Cant see anything on DD charge except till June 9th. A bit worried as application are usually getting PER with in 114 days. Kindly comment

Indian registered post will take around 2-3 weeks, Speed Post 1-2 weeks, only speed post will give you tracking#

I suggest not to send any documents in India speed post due to the below reasons

- tracking is there but a slow motion updates
- you will be in full tension till it reach there
- no ways to get a support from customer care
Money is less but no speed
- minimum it will take 2-3 weeks.
I suggest you to go with FedEx

Website of India post wont show tacking after the package leaves the country.

Use the same tracking number and check Canada Post Tracking. It will show. Mine was the same case when i sent Package to WES through India Post. I could see Tracking under Canada Post Website.

Hope this helps and it took almost 4 weeks to reach Wes after Customs and all. :-\

1) How much time a registered post from India could take to reach NS Office of CIC?
2) Is there any way to get its notification of track that whether it has reached there or not?

Website of Indian Post is not showing anything beyond its packed from Delhi office via Air to Toronto from last 20 days...

YES, I TOO SUGGEST TO SEND YOUR APPLICATION THROUGH FEDEX, IT'S CHARGES SOME BIT HIGH BUT THEY DELIVER WITHIN 3-4 DAYS.

CIO can just do few simple things to make life easier for applicants:

1. As soon as a file is received, enter into system which will assign file # (generate UCI , if needed) and send auto confirmation to applicant. This will also help when people need to send additional docs.

2. Send standard email to all applicants, explaining process and its phases. This way, people won't need to get this info from other sources like agents and forums rather they'll have authentic official info.

3. Add more levels of status on ECAS with more details (not just one line status). These may include:

a) File received on XX
b) processed for completeness on XX
c) processed for eligibility on XX
d) fee charged on XX
e) processing at CIO complete on XX(eligibility review: positive/negative)
f) sent to VO on XX
g) received at VO on XX
h) VO started processing on XX
i) MR/RPRF/PCC request sent on XX
j) MR/RPRF/PCC received on XX
k) Decision made on XX. Decision: XXX.
l) Communication sent to applicant on XX

4. add details to CAP status page to confirm CAP numbers cover files processed upto what date. This would man that all files upto this date have been processed for completeness and eligibility.

Is it in all cases CIO follows all these stages?

It's been 43 days since I got per... but neither I got medical nor second line in eras. .. do you think this is some bad sign... I am really worried

No, but the actual reason is there are 40-45 % applications under FSW category is from New Delhi(India) Therefore work load in office of NDVO is heavy. so it is delaying. Relax and be Cool. GOOD LUCK.

If my husband applies to NOC 4011 on December 22nd after he gets IELTS results will his application arrive to CIC befire End of December. If not will it fall on Express Entry and application get returned as FSWP. Really scared.

All applications will be accepted which will reach to CIC up to 30 th April, 2015.

Looking at past few months data, you can observe that the May applicants took more than 4 months. May 1st applicant started getting PER on May 27th (and near by days), May 30th-31st applicant got their
PER on Sep 24th.

June applicants, i.e. 1st or 2nd applicant started getting thier PER on Sep 24th. June 6th applicants started getting their PER from Oct 1st. This shows that the number of applicants are way less comapared to
May month.

Looking at the weekly average of update on CIC it is almost 25 PER's for NOC 2132, Even if we take average of 50 applicants got their PER per week(worst case). I think by the time June applicants are completed, CAP may reach 500. So, applicants of 2 months(May and June) filled CAP by 500, rest 500 will be filled by more than 2 months of applications, I mean July, August and Sep applicants as numbers of applications are dropping.

BTW, I am August 28th applicant. I am confident that i am in the race. So chill out dude...

just to add on , I have seen just now, that someone for 12 june app returned on 23 rd sept and letter dated on 12ept.
which means his application was reviewed between 45 to 60 days after submission, and then CIC given the reply,
So application of applicants of July would have been opened and reviewed till now.

So after application with 45 to 60 days cic checked your file.
based on data this analysis done.

may seniors correct if any thing is to be.....
