It is to be understood that, candidate has the choice to make his career as he wish. CIC will never mind it. If you want to go by December than surly you will get the MR request. However after this you have to choice. (1) Inform NDVO that you went to Saudi and request to change the VO. In this case your PR might be delayed.
(2) You go there and when you ask for the passport request, come back to India and submit it. In this case you are not allowed to go back to Saudi.
So according to me its upto your priority... Saudi or Canada PR....

Not necessarily. But with himself in Saudi and his wife and child in India he will need to do some logistical planning for PPR and MR. He needs to inform his visa office and have his wife do her medicals in India while he gets them done in Saudi or on a visit back to India. He will also have to figure out the passports, probably taking his wife's and child's passports to Saudi with him, then sending all from Saudi and receiving them back in Saudi then sending his wife's a child's back to them in India, and none of them would be able to travel during that time. But it can be done.

I'm bit worried. Got PER on 19th Aug'14 but until now there is no change in status sent the mail also still no response. It only says we received your application.

Any idea by when can I expect the next step.

Don't worry I'm in the same boat. Processing times vary.

I have a great news to share. By the Grace of God Today we have received MR & PCC . They have asked us to submit everything within 30 days. Bit Stressed now as we have not started any PCC process yet and don't know how long it will take to get medical appointments.

But with the email VO has asked us to complete "IMMIGRANT SUMMARY FORM"

Need urgent help from seniors on how to complete this form?

After I have sent my application, I quit the job as well.

Monies taken out: 23rd of September
PER received: 30th September.

Can you please let me know what happens from now on and the expected processing time to the visa stage. My application will be processed in London office.

Summary:

1) daily following up with bank and even today they are saying DD not encashed.
2) Already applied to QSW, going to withdraw my file soon

Thanks for the response! But honestly this anxiety is getting worse day by day and especially looking at the forum where 12th June applications have also got CC charged.

BTW, in the worst case where the application is returned, does CIC send email immediately or its postal mail with document package

It would be the worst thing to happen, but was curious to know.

We all can relate to your situation as everyone here has experienced that. However, Frustration and Disappointment will not help in any way. WAITING PATIENTLY is the only legitimate option here. In such cases, No News is considered as Good News! Good Luck. You should hear Good news soon! Cheers!
