I don't know exactly if they need the original or a certified one. I have both and I can send them both but how can I do that and what should write on the envelope in order to consider as a pretty sent app not a new one. Should I contact someone there is to guide me.

Is there a letter in the package which explains why the app was sent back? If yes, you need to draft a letter explaining you are resending the application package along with requested doc. Also, send a copy of the letter they may have sent you.

They will not reconsider your application. You have to apply with a new one, this time ensuring that your package is complete. However, it would be a waste of money as your NOC has reached cap by now. Good luck with EE.

I received my PER on 13th Aug and since that time i do not see except one line in my ECAS !!!!

I see 14,15 May LVO applicants who already received MR ,,,,, is that normal !

My VO is LVO, my app reached cio on 8-May-2014

You may hear different opinions here but finally you should do what you think is the best course of action. I am assuming the letter explaining why your app was sent back will also list a course of action. Read the letter carefully. If possible share it here on the forum, so seniors may help.

If you are thinking of re-applying under 2174, then it would be of no use as it is most likely capped by now. So, if you have job experience in any other related NOC (which is relatively open), try to apply under that one.

Regarding degree certificate, you simply need a photocopy, neither original nor certified is needed. But yes, original education assessment report (like WES) is mandatory.

Please go through the rejection letter carefully, so you don't miss any (other) rejection point.

Hi all,

I want your urgent help here.CIC sent me my file yesterday (i'm a 19th of june applicant for 2174) because I missed sending the original copy of my bachelor degree certificate. I only sent the WES certificate.
What shall I do exactly ?? If I sent it once more, am I going to start from the beginning and they will deal with me as a new applicant ??

You are mistaken. Your file is closed and you have to start with a new application, which I wouldn't advise on since there is no chance you will fall within cap b
