i have written the main contents of the refusal letter, the highlighted ones..

1.)The ECA does not meet the following requirements:
you didnot provide us with the copy of the completed foreign education credential to accompany the education credential assessment (ECA)

argument against the above rejection : i have sent complete documents of my detailed marks cards of the university for complete education along with my application and original WESreport aassessment report along with the application.

please help.

Take a photo of your letter and upload the picture image using http://tinypic.com/ once uploaded, you can share with the forum the URL's of the uploaded image.

P.S., Make sure while taking the photo, you cover any of your personal details like name/uci number etc.

Could you tell , would my application be within the CAP1000?
And when would my Cc charged?

If you are Indian living in United States as Non Resident then you can apply at Indian Embassy Washinton DC for PCC, this is as per CIC website for Non Resident Indian's. The wait time is 10 business days.

Not only can we assume, we can KNOW, because there has been a Ministerial Instruction saying so.

I agree to gazette - however EE is formally set to launch Jan 1st.. I can only wish the instructions doesnt get overwritten.. BTW - I should have more formal answer on this in the weeks to come

There is a ppssibility of rejection at any stage of this process, even if everything is in complete order like with rohan' case for instance. So, deal with it and be patient.

SOrry but i am not sure what exactly is rohans case.

So 2171 jumped from 275 to 311 that means a jump of 36 applications every week. By that speed,
1000-311 = 689 spaces left and we are into June 1st week which means if 36 applications are updated every week consistently 2171 would take 19 weeks to fill up i.e roughly between 4-5 months from June 1st i.e Till SEPT-OCT 2014.

Is my calculation making sense to anyone, am I correct? What say others?

As per SS it might charged by 25/11/14

And that has proved to be pretty accurate so far.
The SS also gives three scenarios concerning the possible date of cap fully allocated.

This is the most comprehensive knowledge on CIO patterns to be found on the internet, because it's based on networking statistics by actual applicants and some maths. That being said, I doubt that anybody would give you more coherent information other than the one you can access on the SS.
