Two things related to this question:

1) It's 99% likely that any query concerning FSWP-2014 has been answered prior, and most of them have been addressed a dozen of times.
2) If you didn't look for this answer on the thread yourself, it doesn't mean that people will rush do it for you. So, there's no reason to post duplicate requests really.

And just for the sake of answering:
Electronic file is created after CIO charges the fee. Until then applicants with existing UCI will get an ECAS message saying "we were not able to identify you". It's perfectly normal.

Hi All,
First of all congratulations to all who received PER and DD charged.
I am 26th may applicant and my DD has been charged on 11th September but till now I have not received PER. My consultant forgot to put my or his mail id and he is saying now that I will receive PER by postal service. If PER comes by postal service how many days it generally takes. Is there anyone in similar situation. I am worried now . Please help

Wow, that's a competent guy for sure.
Send CIO an enquiry right a way to learn about the status of your application. It will take 30 business days, but still may be faster than waiting for the snail mail.

Does cic accepts police clearance from 'FBI approved Channelers'? Or does it have to be only from FBI directly?
I am asking coz the certificate given by 'channelor' is not going to be on fbi letterhead. It's just a pdf that we print out.

Could you tell , would my application be within the CAP1000?
And when would my Cc charged?
