Yes brother, the cover letter should serve the purpose containing proper explanation as you give. Also IELTS got your picture - which is enough to proof it is your.

please help , i posted this yesterday also , below is my query....

I would like to take advice from forum members for the situation . I am based in Oman and i appeared for IELTS and registered online where i provided my passport details as ID proof and other relevant information thinking the TRF will contain the basic information which i provided online. I also went to IDP office for finger printing but there to prove my identity i took my resident card thinking that its just for proving identity and will not be used to take contact details for IELTS score card.

to my surprise when i received IELTS score card my name is wrongly mentioned ( they also included my father's name in my name ) and my DOB is also wrong . they actually used took the information from my resident card which has wrong DOB and my name there is mentioned like my name + first name of my father.

so my problem is IDP is not willing to correct the score card.

Second option which i have is that to correct my resident card and attach the copies of both resident cards( Old + New Corrected) along with IELTS score card and mentioned in the cover letter that IELTS score contain contact info as per old resident card which carries wrong details but the person is same on both old and new resident card .


will this suffice for the requirements?

If I had been in your shoes, I would have preferred sitting for another IELTS test with passport as my Identity Proof rather than further complicating the things.

When you say write in a separate paper, Does it mean that I should take an additional printout of the same form?? and can I leave the other spaces blank once all the leftover details are mentioned in this additional page You can opt for either of the two options. Both are correct

Besides, Kindly also answer whether I should include only my parents and siblings or also the wives and kids of my brothers should also be included in the additional family information In your form, you need to include your parents and siblings (no need to mention the spouse and kids of ur siblings) & in your spouse's form, she will enter the details of her parents and siblings (again, no further details for sibling's family required)

Hello All,

It is a serious concern now that the NOC Code 1113 do not show even 1 application received till date. It is really getting difficult to digest now and may be I am one of those unfortunates who have applied in this NOC.

Is there any way we can enquire about this code?? Any helpline / any email IDs if they have on which we can communicate and findout about this code

Request help from mods and seniors!

Hello there

I application reached CIC offfice on 24th September (y'day) . I have applied under NOC 2173. Do you there is any chance to be in the cap of 1000.
Some of be job roles and responsibilities match with NOC 2172 . Should i send new application with that NOC 2172 as well.
Will it be a problem of duplication.
I am worried as the cap is filling up very fast

hi, 0112 is for human resource manager however there are other designation/titles also listed under the same field. I was wondering since my wife is the primary applicant and she is not a Manager. Although she is working in HR and her duties match with the NOC. She has also got the same on the company letter head with all the necessary requirement. Hope that is suffice to apply in that category.
