Contact your local Indian embassy, they will provide PCC straight forward process

But don' t you think if this is an instruction in the form, then it has to be filled?

How to help.... I asked for sharing the CIC letter and ref letter to forum so one(forumities) could pick whats missing but no response.... if there is any mistake it should be rectified before sending again.......forum is always more than willing to help but need to know the matter of reference letter and whats objection in CIC letter by sharing both

well I am not in 4011 but I can suggest you that there is no standard template ref letter by CIC.

All you need to remember that you SHOULD write the following in your letters...

- working full time continuously
- 40 hours/ week
- salary?
- duties/responsibilities matching with your NOC, given on "www.hrsdc.gc.ca"

Mate firstly it is clearly mentioned that the University has to send it themselves and if you put it in one envelope it's obvious that you have done it. So preferably separate, but you can mail them together at the same time.

But IN DIFFERENT BAGS as per my opinion. Thats what i did.

Its not mandatory that university sent it directly to WES. You can place the sealed envelope in the same package.

"Request for all mark sheets to be sent directly to WES by the institution responsible for conducting the examinations

-OR-

You may have photocopies of your original mark sheets attested and dated by the Controller of Examinations or Registrar’s Office. Please request for the attested photocopies to be placed in an official sealed envelope and have the envelope returned to you to forward to WES."

As per the second option we ourselves can forward the sealed transcript to WES.

I sent mine in the same package and got WES assessment without any problem.

Its very difficult to give advice...

1) IDP won't change the details.

2) Second option is viable but if CIC doesn't consider, then it will be a great loss.

I think if your NOC is hot (near cap), you should use second option. If your NOC is not near cap, just sit in IELTS again and make sure you use your passport. I would do that if I were you...

my NOC is 1123 and still i have time ....but i dont want to sit again for IELTS.

actually my name and photo is there on score card and on resident card....only issue is its not correct...

Dear All,

I got a reply from CIC today for my addendum application set I had later sent to CIC.(Basically my JD's letter from employers orginal).

This is what it says :

Good Morning.

Your original submission has been received by our office and is undergoing initial review. I can find no record of our office having received a subsequent submission with additional documentation. It can take some time documents sent independent of an application to be matched to the file.

Did you email them the tracking number for your additional docs and the received date; and also your main application tracking number and received date? That way, it will be faster for them to find and attach your additional docs to your main application.

All, something Odd so I thought should share. I am a May 07 applicant with PER received on August 7th I guess. Status quo thereafter, however, Just now, One of the Immigration Officer has added me to his LinkedIn profile. I thought this is very strange so I must share. I do not actively follow up this forum only log on to post anything to my case. If this has been happening to other people and been discussed, disregard or lemme know what happens

I am not denying the possibility of a genuine CIC officer adding you on Linkedin. Maybe he/she accidently pressed the send request button while snooping on you. However, my 2 cents, just watch out if his/her profile looks really genuine. Just in case, you end up disclosing your motives/confidential information to an impersonator who might actually be your Boss :-X :-X.

Hi all,

I applied for NOC 1123. Application reached 30th May 2014. DD en-cashed on 17th September 2014, PER received 24th September 2014. I would like to thank all the fellow forum members, for all the supports. Need help for updating the SS. Also I would like to ask 1 question. SVO is my visa office, any idea how long the complete process may take? I find they haven's started processing a single file of 2013 applicants yet.
