Thanks for your reply. Actaully i am already sending the revised payment form as i had mentioned my credit card details for the payment but citibank has now issued a new chip card to me and have infomrd that the old card will be valid till october 22nd. I have submitted my application on Sep 02, 2014. So, as such i am sending the new payment form. So, was just thinking if i should correct the year of birth in the other form and send it as well. Do you think that the wrong year of birth will result in the rejection of my application. It ia 1984 and by mistake i got typed as 1987.
Please advise.

Bro since you are sending a packet for new cc so why not to send new form. Even if you think you missed anything else, yoi shoild send it right away. Though writing wrong dob may not be the reason of rejection as supporting docs are there in ur app. But still it is better to be safe, send new form.

SVO is my visa office, any idea how long the complete process may take? I find they haven's started processing a single file of 2013 applicants yet.

NOC 3142 my application had been received on 18th june. Mode of payment was dd. In how many more days per can be expected? Eagerly waiting !!

You should check estimated charge date in ss and should also make your entry in ss. Share the noc u have applied in.

We are same date mates. With the grace of almighty lord I guess dd should be encashed by mid oct and by 20th oct we should get our PER.

It seems like CIC spent the whole of the 24th only issuing PER. Only one CC charge reported for the whole day yesterday.

Dear Seniors,

please help , i posted this yesterday also , below is my query....





I would like to take advice from forum members for the situation . I am based in Oman and i appeared for IELTS and registered online where i provided my passport details as ID proof and other relevant information thinking the TRF will contain the basic information which i provided online. I also went to IDP office for finger printing but there to prove my identity i took my resident card thinking that its just for proving identity and will not be used to take contact details for IELTS score card.

to my surprise when i received IELTS score card my name is wrongly mentioned ( they also included my father's name in my name ) and my DOB is also wrong . they actually used took the information from my resident card which has wrong DOB and my name there is mentioned like my name + first name of my father.

so my problem is IDP is not willing to correct the score card.

Second option which i have is that to correct my resident card and attach the copies of both resident cards( Old + New Corrected) along with IELTS score card and mentioned in the cover letter that IELTS score contain contact info as per old resident card which carries wrong details but the person is same on both old and new resident card .


will this suffice for the requirements?

Dear aish,

When you say write in a separate paper, Does it mean that I should take an additional printout of the same form?? and can I leave the other spaces blank once all the leftover details are mentioned in this additional page

Besides, Kindly also answer whether I should include only my parents and siblings or also the wives and kids of my brothers should also be included in the additional family information
