Hello Friends,

One of my friend has applied under NOC 2173 VO London through a consultant and his file reached on June 10th. He is told that DD has already been charged yesterday however, he is waiting for PER now. Is this possible as according to our forum only 6th June has been charged yet. I cant believe this. Can anyone comment

It is possible, we cant tell when the DD is going to be negotiated. The information from the forum is only based on feedback from the members and not all applicants are members of this forum so the information shared should have variance from actual.

Do you know the exact date the DD was negotiated? My DD was negotiated Sept 18 and I received my PR just today, Sept 24 - In my case the PER was received a week after DD was negotiated.

I have received the request for my medical test. After the visa is approved How many days do we get before we have to land in Canada? Is this dependent on when we do medical test?

You have 1 year from date of medical request.

I am not from Mumbai but staying in Mumbai since quite some years.

So from Passport Office online registration;
1) Can i select my Passposrt office as Mumbai?
2) Can i walkin and apply PPC in Mumbai? (*My Passport issue city is not Mumbai)

yes to both points.
It may take 2 weeks - 4 weeks to get PCC as passport is not issued from Mumbai !!

i belong to London visa office and one of spread sheet member named eshaarsh (14th may applicant) update his processing started on 19 sep... how he know that?? i am also a 14th may applicant but my ecas is just showing we received ur app on 14th may :'(

medical is valid for a year... you have to land before medical expires or before your passport expires.

I think official procedure is 15 days... Sometimes, they do give you early... Just see if you can get it through embassy...

Thanks Dude. As per my detailed conversion with him what he told me was that it was encashed just yesterday as his consultant enquired from his local Canadian Bank. I was more interested in this matter as my application reached on 12 June so eagerly waiting as I also have sent DD.

Congrats for the future endeavors dude hope you make it. Btw how come did u know about encashment? Did u asked the bank? Were they quick to respond.

Hello Friends,

I was just checking ECAS Status and it says "Not able to Identify"
2-3 days back it was showing "In Process"
I received PER on Sep 9th and ECAS was updated on Sep 10th.
but now its gone.

Any idea what is going on?

there must be some updation process going on. Patience. Probably good news coming up.

My Birth Certificate has my first name against the "Name of the Child" column. But all other details are correct including parents name, place/date of birth.

Will this be a problem?

Yes it will work. Make sure it has DOB and parents name (partial will do here also )
