According to the instruction OP 6-C – Federal Skilled Worker Class – Applications received on or after May 4, 2013:

Processing applications for permanent residence in the Federal Skilled Worker Class involves a
series of procedural steps, including an assessment of eligibility for processing by the CIO. These
procedures are described in greater detail in the following sections of this chapter:

 Receiving the application, Section 8;
 Assessing the application against Ministerial Instructions, Section 9;
 Assessing the application against minimum requirements, Section 10;
 Assessing the application against selection criteria, Section 11;
 Making the selection decision, Section 12;
 Determining admissibility, Section 13;
 Rendering a final decision on the application, Section 14

I was charged yesterday (September 23).

When did you send your application?

If you are genuine about your revision on the letter ,then you can proceed without any problem.

My application was june 04. Everything is genuine. I am a public sector uni lecturer in industrial engineering department with experience of more than 2 years. I dont know what's wrong with that. My letter was on uni letter head and explaining that i performed these duties. But they rejected that. I need to find some sample experience letter for that purpose.

Someone plz guide me .......

Around 3.5 months currently.

Hello All:

I am adding my spouse on my application. NDVO has asked me to submit her mark sheets/diploma and experience letters.

After marriage she has updated her name on the passport, but her marksheets has her old name. What shall I do now?

1.) Change name on her marksheet?
2.) Send an affidavit explaining this?

send an affidavit from her mentioning all variations of her names (mentioning each document) and saying that all of them are her names. Normally, lawyers have such templates ready with them (at least in Pakistan)

My IELTS results will be out next month and shall be able to submit application in first week of November, cap is increasing drastically, however my NOC has got only 3 applications so far, If my application reaches there by 10th of November, i ll be in or out? From the thread i came to know they require 2-3 months to review the application, and november 10 to 31st december, its 1.5 month, so i m bit worried.

FSW14 programme is till 30th April 2015. Don't worry

Hi I received my packet today. Reason given was that experience is not as per NOC requirements.

Can someone plz share the experience letter sample/template for category 4011. I am planning to send my application again after revising my experience. Do you think that revising the experience as per their requirements will make me eligible? On the other note, if they have once rejected my application will they consider that if the experience letter is now updated?

I am a May 29 applicant.
My bank states that the DD was cashed on Sep 22, 2014.
I have a UCI from a TRV application.
Using the UCI, I have a eCAS status of "In Process" which further states: 1. We received your application for Permanent Residence on May 29, 2014.

But, I have NOT received the PER yet.

What does this mean?

Its very difficult to give advice...

1) IDP won't change the details.

2) Second option is viable but if CIC doesn't consider, then it will be a great loss.

I think if your NOC is hot (near cap), you should use second option. If your NOC is not near cap, just sit in IELTS again and make sure you use your passport. I would do that if I were you...
