Few things about my application

1) I applied in 2011(Cap Reached), 2012(Occupation Did not open), 2012( Quebec-still processing)
2) I checked NO box in Ques 6 (c,d& e). Only shared my UCI number
3) Had to break all my FDs and transferred them on my spouse's name(For which i might need to share detail later with NDVO)
4) My spouse's birth certificate had only first names of his parents(we shared the affidavit but forgot to sign it)

I would like to take advice from forum members for the situation . I am based in Oman and i appeared for IELTS and registered online where i provided my passport details as ID proof and other relevant information thinking the TRF will contain the basic information which i provided online. I also went to IDP office for finger printing but there to prove my identity i took my resident card thinking that its just for proving identity and will not be used to take contact details for IELTS score card.

to my surprise when i received IELTS score card my name is wrongly mentioned ( they also included my father's name in my name ) and my DOB is also wrong . they actually used took the information from my resident card which has wrong DOB and my name there is mentioned like my name + first name of my father.

so my problem is IDP is not willing to correct the score card.

Second option which i have is that to correct my resident card and attach the copies of both resident cards( Old + New Corrected) along with IELTS score card and mentioned in the cover letter that IELTS score contain contact info as per old resident card which carries wrong details .


will this suffice for the requirements?

According to the instruction OP 6-C – Federal Skilled Worker Class – Applications received on or after May 4, 2013:

Processing applications for permanent residence in the Federal Skilled Worker Class involves a
series of procedural steps, including an assessment of eligibility for processing by the CIO. These
procedures are described in greater detail in the following sections of this chapter:

 Receiving the application, Section 8;
 Assessing the application against Ministerial Instructions, Section 9;
 Assessing the application against minimum requirements, Section 10;
 Assessing the application against selection criteria, Section 11;
 Making the selection decision, Section 12;
 Determining admissibility, Section 13;
 Rendering a final decision on the application, Section 14

I was charged yesterday (September 23).

Dear friends, could you please clarify the following information: where my application is in this processing line?

Hi I received my packet today. Reason given was that experience is not as per NOC requirements.

Can someone plz share the experience letter sample/template for category 4011. I am planning to send my application again after revising my experience. Do you think that revising the experience as per their requirements will make me eligible? On the other note, if they have once rejected my application will they consider that if the experience letter is now updated?

When did you send your application?

If you are genuine about your revision on the letter ,then you can proceed without any problem.
