I have already submitted my application and was received on 21 July. I have shown 3 employments in my application.
For the past 2 employment (not the current one)I have provided the experience letter which shows my duties on company letterpad along with the signed and stamped by employer. However I have not provided any other references like appointment letter, salary certificate, salary slips. Will it create any problem?
I do not have these references as it was a small hospital and clinic.

You have mentioned three NOCs

Have u submitted three separate applications??

@@ haras,

Re: PCC is required for SPOUSE also

Thank you!

So PCC is for a country, it is fine if we get it from present address or permanent address, as both these are from Karnataka , India only.

And my PCC is from present address and my wife's PCC will have permanent address, is that fine? Since she has proof for permanent address we have to get it done from permanent address.

Yes no problem at all in ur case. Pcc is country specific not city or state sepcific. Reason for getting it issued from ur permanent address is clarified itself, as her passport has ur permanent address. So good to go

All the best

Brother,

If u are claiming the points for that company's exp and if the below points are included on the work letter then it will not create any issue since other docs are supporting doc....Not mandatory....:)

Letters must include all of the following information:

· The specific period of your employment with the company,
· The position you have held during the period of employment and the time spent in each position,
· Your main responsibilities and duties in each position,
· Your total annual salary plus benefits, (must include your salary)
· The number of hours worked per week. (must include your no of work hours per week)

I have applied for noc 2132 from India, and got PCC request for Rwanda and Afghanistan where i stayed 4 years back, but Rwanda and Afghanistan, embassy Refused to give PCC.

Is there any other solution to this problem to save my file from cancellation??

We are left with 44 days to submit PCC please suggest what to do.

You need to provide an explanation why you can not provide a PCC from these conutries and attach such communication from Rwanda and Afghanistan.

The link below should be helpful:

[size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt]Dear All

Observing many new people coming/posting on this forum and I am sure there will be many silent observers.

I want to make a humble request to everyone to atleast update their entry in spreadsheet even if they feel/ are not posting/active/helping people on the forum, realizing that this forum is helping us all in some way (preparing apps/ clarifying all doubts, giving us moral support and even boosting our confidence and our patience as well).

Updating spreadsheet is it self a great help for all of us.

Atleast this is the minimum we owe to this forum for its priceless help and support.
