You Application was processed so fast at SGVO........... Cause any 2013 applicants yet didn't receive MR...so far as I know....

Please recheck that all the details being entered are correct. Also, try by entering your full name (first name + surname) in the surname field.

There is only one date is mentioned on it... The issue date. But When I call them they themselves said that it is only valid for 3 months.

The international DD are by default valid for 6 months if no validity date is mentioned .

While cross checking my forms, I realized that I forgot to mention my name in Fee Payment Form under Section A (Name of Principal Applicant). Since my method of payment is DD, I should have done that.

Is this is a major error?? (I have mentioned my name and passport number at the back of the DD). If yes, then I guess I need to send a new Fee Payment Form to CIO hoping that they will consider it.

Kindly advise..!!

My suggestion is to send a new form since this is a bit vital info...

U can send it the form right now to CIC...attach a cover letter stating that ur name has not mistakenly provided ...

State ur name+DOB+PP number+UCI (if any)+NOC code+ Date of rcvd...

Also email them to below ID (write "URGENT" on the subject of the email)

Consider the above without space.

I am not sure he is a FSW applicants or a family class applicant....

I have asked him several times.....But did not get the proper answer....

I am the primary applicant, my husband's father was born in Pakistan. I don't think any documentation will be available for that.
So, do i need to mention Pakistan in place of birth or can I mention their residence place?

No documents required. To be true write the proper place /city

I am sure international dd is valid for 6 months as per RBI guidelines. You can also take help of google uncle

Hope you are right. To be on a safer side, I think I should send a new form along with the cover note. Right now, I can just pray that what you are saying turns out to be right or they consider this new form that I will be mailing them.

I have already submitted my application and was received on 21 July. I have shown 3 employments in my application.
For the past 2 employment (not the current one)I have provided the experience letter which shows my duties on company letterpad along with the signed and stamped by employer. However I have not provided any other references like appointment letter, salary certificate, salary slips. Will it create any problem?
I do not have these references as it was a small hospital and clinic.

So PCC is for a country, it is fine if we get it from present address or permanent address, as both these are from Karnataka , India only.

And my PCC is from present address and my wife's PCC will have permanent address, is that fine? Since she has proof for permanent address we have to get it done from permanent address.
