Hi rminpanther,

1) I had sent my new payment details to CIC to the same address to which I had sent the original application and it was accepted. But my fresh payment details reached within 8 days of my original application. Since your app is about to be charged, you can try your luck but not sure if it will work.
2) You can send an email as well as send the details through fax once you have sent your payment details by post. But I don't think calling them would do any good.

All the best! Hoping for the best for you..

Thank u guys very much for ur prompt and detailed responds,

just 2 more things:

1- What should I write on the envelope to make them notice that it's not a regular full application package and emphasize the urgency of it?

2- Do u think it's possible to email or by any chance call CIC and request (beg) them to hold my application till 15 October?? (Sorry but desperate thoughts come to mind in desperate situations..)

If your refused entry to any country you have to mention it in the application and Canada and US share this sort of data so it could be an issue.

ah, i missed that point. thanks for clarifying.

Hi seniors, I have applied in NOC 1112 and have received my PER from CIC recently. My file has has three applicants - myself, my husband and my 6months old daughter. Kindly note that I am holding valid work permit for Canada too but currently I am in India.

If our PR application is approved for further processing at NDVO, do all three of us need to undergo medical exams again. If yes, how will my husband submit his medicals at NDVO as he is currently in Vancouver ? Does he need to get the medical done in Vancouver if required ?

I have send payment form IMM5620(03-2013) , after sending the form i found the new form has been updated . My payment amount is same . My baby is just two and half years , so no chance to cross 19 years limitation. i have paid 1250 CAD for me , my spouse and my little baby . so my payment amount has no problem but when i filled up the form, the form was the previous one , it was a mistake . i am worried. Can any one tell me , do i need to submit updated form or the previous one is ok , my payment amount is correct and my little one does not cross 19 years limit. Hi friends, can anyone plz clarify my doubts. I and my husband are working in Govt organization and PSU. Do we need to get NOC from employer to obtain PCC. We are from Tamilnadu, India. Appreciate your responses.

Dear Experts,

Please help me with the documents to be notarised.

1. All Reference letters issued by supervisors should be notarised (notarisation of company issued letters not required) - Right?
2. I'm submitting offer, service letter and 3 months pay slips of all the 3 companies i have worked for - does any of these including the current company require notarisation?
3.Self declaration of Birth certificate requires notarisation - Right?
4. Passport all pages requires notarisation or just the first and last pages ?

Please respond..

Many Thanks..

As long as you provided right amount of money and your baby is less than 18 years old, it is no issue at all.

Just sit back and relax.

Notarization is not required for any documents written in English.

Yes, affidavit of birth certificated need to be notarized. If possible, get the affidavit done by parents.

Medicals can be done from any where in the world and panel physician send the report through internet. So, your husband can do the medicals from Canada.

For visa stamping, your husband can authorize someone to take the passport from Canada to India for visa stamping. Also I heard, if you request to your VO, they can arrange visa stamping from another country's VO - cpc-ottawa in your husband case.

Thanks a tonne Century for clarifying my doubt's. This means our medicals submited not long back to NDVO won't be considered ? Thanks for your reply in advance.

The PO box address is for applications sent through regular mail.

The Dorchester Street address is for applications sent through courier.
