Thank you very much for your guidance. It relieved so many questions from my mind. Just yesterday obtained local police station's report which says that the person is staying at the current residence since last 7 years, therefore this question arised in my mind.

Thank you very much.

Satyakam

in continuation to above....

This local stations report (sealed in envelope), I have to submit to the head office tomorrow morning after which they will give me a date when they will issue PCC.

Hi All,

I found this useful info from this link http://immigrationcanada.pro/immigration-rules/skilled-workers/

Guys who failed to put their Job roles and responsibilities, can place their all appraisal documents as said in the below paragraph

Presenting Your Work Experience

You will need evidence of your work experience as part of your application.

Items such as income tax returns or income tax receipts on their own will not be acceptable.

Ideally, you should provide letters of reference from your current and past employers. These letters should be on company letterhead and signed by the appropriate individual. The letters must include your period of employment, positions held, duties, salary, hours of work, and a business card of the person signing.

If you can not provide all of the above, you must include an explanation in your application why not. If you do not have (or can not get letters of reference), the next best thing would be to provide old contracts of employment with your employers, or old performance appraisals, etc.

If you can not provide any of the above, your application may be in jeopardy. If you can find an old supervisor or even work mate, he or she could swear an affidavit on the above details of your employment to help support your application, along with your own explanation and description.

At this point, you will have to get creative about documenting your work experience. Are there any third-party publicly available documents about you on the web you can point to? Any news articles? Association newsletters?

You will need to find anything you can to support your work experience claim and accept that CIC may or may not accept it depending on the circumstances.

+1 to you Vasu

Satyakam,

I have mentioned the format issued by Passport office. In your case you are getting the same from Police commissioners office, so format might be slightly different, but basically it should say that there is no adverse information about you as per their records..

Dear All,

I am 12th June Applicant. My initial sent application was complete with all respect. Experience letter attached with the application fullfill all check list requirement. (so these is a good chance it will pass through the intial screening)

However, i felt to more eleborate my job descriptions. So i got new experience letters with detailed JD. i sent those additional document and those were received on Sep 19 by CIC. Is this ok. will they consider these new documents for PER.

Thank you very much CanOI

I am really bogged down by the procedure for pcc from Mumbai. Since last 2 weeks, after applying, I am still half way for obtaining it. My request to all the Mumbai guys to get PCC done at the earliest after getting PER email. Dont wait for their request.

Get latest PF and gratuity statement from the company

Hi,

In addition to Fixed Deposit, does Employee Provident Fund and Public Provident Fund also considered towards Maintenance Funds.

Current address PCC is fine. Address proof for current address and passport copies are required to be provided to regional Passport office from where PCC will be issued.
Apply online through Passport website.
Note : Passport office accepts bank statement only from nationalised bank as address proof. As an alternative, Post paid Mobile bill or Landline bill is also accepted as address proof.

You can also get PCC from Police commissioners office.

I presume you are referring to settlement funds when you said maintenance funds.

In that case answer is yes. EPF, PPF and gratuity can be considered as settlement funds.

Pls check spreadsheet tab "Avg Process Time". Currently LVO is issuing AOR 19 days after PER. So wait for AOR and update those.

Thank u so much and +1 for ur reply. Really I haven't heard BT getting PCC from Commissioner office. How can we do that. Is that report accepted by NDVO.

Hi,

If local VO asks for POF, is it fine to show amount from one more account in addition to the accounts used earlier (at time of applying)?

Thanks

If FD is in your name, no issues. It will be considered for POF.

I would just like to add one line to the above. Please make sure you maintain this FD till you get request for Passport. Also see if you are able to provide evidence for source of funds apart from the fact it was gifted to you by your father, as it could be considered as borrowed money, which is not acceptable by CIC.

If the pof money is gifted from father to son, then is there any issue ? My father has gifted me the money and i have created a Fixed deposit from the same?
