Please Helpppppppppppppppppp

I am in a strange situation and I need your help.

I hired a consultant who is in Canada & I am suspecting that he is not dealing with my case properly and not providing me the updated information.

Is there any way so that I can contact New Delhi Visa Office directly and advise them to send any further information to my email id directly from now onwards??????? (It was a great mistake using my consultant's email id as the communication email id) :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Thanks in advance

Use the same form "use of representative" and use cancel option in that and send it to LVO immediately with your contact details updated. They will oblige you immediately.

Today.... I have sent the PCC to the Embassy. One of my PCC from USA was issued last year in October 2013. Do you think that it be accepted? I have applied for a new one... but it will take 3 months...

YES YES YES, please go and call them and inform them about a canadian transaction from the name Canada Immigration XYZ and specifically tell them you would kill them if they blocked it.

PCC are usually valid for 1 year. But it has to be issued within 3 months in the past when CIC receives it. The VO might make exception to this.

I think it is guideline to ensure that the PCC does not expire when the file reaches VO. I dont think it is mandatory. When VO asks for it, we can give even a PCC which just has one month validity.

Please correct me if my understanding is not right.

FAQ by CIC:

If I have a year of work experience in more than one eligible federal skilled worker job, can I apply more than once?

Yes. You can apply as many times as you like, under the same immigration program or different programs. But, you must pay a separate application fee each time. h

Can I withdraw my federal skilled worker application?

Yes. Contact your local visa office to withdraw your application.

If I withdraw my federal skilled worker application, can I get my money back?

It depends. Your fee will be refunded if the office has not begun processing your application.
About Reference Letter:
Try to get it from supervisor. If not possible, then go with your senior colleague. Ensure adding a cover letter mentioning why reference letter not attained from HR/supervisor and why no cover letter.

Ensure other documents like payslips, joining letter, promotion letter, etc, visiting card of your colleague.

Hi seniors!! Do you think May 23rd applicants has still chance to have CC/DD charges? Do you think its possible? Honest answer is welcome..thanks..

HDFC (Mumbai, India) told me to inform them only one week in advance otherwise they won't be able to track it.

I am thinking of doing the same but I guess my turn is still too far behind. Is it advisable to inform my bank as early as now? Sept 9 applicant.
