Hi. I am 30 May app

Today cic charged my crédit card.. But It was denied by the bank....

I already call the bank and fix the problem..but......

Will cic charge my card again? When? Someone with the same problem?

They will attempt to charge three times

I wonder if any seniors can shed some light on the following:

1. CIC forwarded my application to London instead of Hong Kong for further processing. From the CIC website, the processing time is 27 months in London versus 8 months in Hong Kong. Does it mean that it would take more than 2 years after the medical request before the process is completed?

2. I was asked to submit an original police clearance from Hong Kong. However, the Hong Kong Police would not issue the certificate to individuals, instead, they are sent to the consulate in Hong Kong (in general) directly. I am not sure if they would mail it to the Canadian Consulate to London. What should I do with this?

3. Can I complete my medical check in Hong Kong, Taiwan, or Korea instead of in areas covered by the London office?

1) you can check the actual processing times for FSWP-2014 in the SS. Based on that statistics, I assume that the whole process wouldn't exceed one year since file transfer to VO.

2) If you are located in London, you MIGHT ask the local HK diplomatic representation, to obtain the certificate on your behalf in HK and forward it to Canadian VO in London.

3) Meds can be done anywhere.

If medical exam result is OK, does this mean I can get a immigration visa 100%?
Or will there be any chance to be rejected after medical exam pass?

Surely, they will charge your cc. Generally they attempt 3 times.

Do we need to submit FORM 16 and ITR ( income tax return ) statement while sending the application set to CIC ?

Recent quarter's salary slips+ offer letter (showing your salary or ctc break up)+ any increment letter if any

Thank you with the information. I am in Dubai right now, not in London. While I will be going to Far East in a few weeks and can go to the police department in Hong Kong to apply for the clearance in person. However, what should I letter post to the London visa office? The Hong Kong police will NOT issue me a certificate.

After that i Checked in Bank and understood 50K was only set limit by default for the international transaction though credit limit is 3Lakhs . Now its changed, the international transaction limit to 1.5 Lakhs.

Bit worried about this incident. Pl advise what should be our next action ? Is there possibility for second swiping from Immigration dept.

Pl advise what should be our next action ?- fix the problem..increase your international transaction limit equal to greater than your fees.
Is there possibility for second swiping from Immigration dept.- They will attempt 3 times max.

Yes, application can be rejected after medicals but the chances are very very very bleak.

Hi,

Would appreciate, if some expert can guide me on below:
I have BS Electrical Engg, MSc Telecom Engg, PhD (Comm & Info Sys), 13 yrs experience in a public telco company and now enjoying 3rd elevation since joined.
a) If I apply on Sep 30th, would I b able to considered in 1000 CAP for NOC 2133, if not then what is the case, application sent back n CIO don't charge the whole processing fee ?
b) Can or should i lodge multiple applications with different occupations ( Electrical Engr/2133 & Senior Manager/General Manager/0013)?
