No email, it came in the post. I forgot my diploma certificate and my manager didnt write my duties/responsibilities so they sent it back saying i didnt give evidence that i performed the main duties set in the NOC. I will get it sent out tomorrow and get my manager to do me a new letter. My mistake but very frustrating!

Believe it... they do a completeness check first... if they find an app incomplete, they reject it straight away... and this means they are already done with completeness checks for apps till 12th june.

Completeness check includes successful payment. If the payment doesn't go through, then the application is incomplete. So the cap likely includes those with successful payment.

Okay. So it's completeness check first, followed by fee charge and then PER ?

Looks like completeness check and Determination of +ve eligibility are 2 separate things with separate guidelines.

Makes sense and it works in our favor.

As far as my knowledge CC is charged only up to May 28th, so there is no possibility for the inclusion of applications received upto mid June in yesterday's CIC CAP update

Nope. Photocopies of Reference letter has to be sent. Original may be requested later if required. But you can send Original reference letter if you want.

No, copies are fine. Original might be requested later according to the checklist. Originals are required only if applying through arranged employment.
