Yes some peeps have gotten MR request from London visa office last time i checked the ss it was about 5 peeps. Slow and steady LVO is working. Cheers

i don't know what happened with the draft.......it was a draft from ICICI bank and BANK OF MONTREAL......i am totally confused

how come a problem with the payment and u state that it is file 12 june, are they checking 12 june now?

Believe it... they do a completeness check first... if they find an app incomplete, they reject it straight away... and this means they are already done with completeness checks for apps till 12th june.

as number of application on daily basis has slowed convincingly ..............the dates will roll over very fast.......

im going to send document update to my file . which is better to send the document and wait till i got proof of delivery from UPS then i can send the email. or it's better to send the email while im submitting the document.

What is the package type that you see on your WES account? For ex, check a FSWP package:

If yours doesn't show FSWP (which it obviously isn't since CIC can't see your report online), and you also don't get option to upgrade to FSWP you should contact WES over email and ask them to assist with upgrade to FSWP package. They should reply in 2-3 days at most.

Thanks for helping me ...on WES FSWP issue:

WES package type / Service Level: WES Basic

Just want to know is this known issue ? WES will take 3 days to process and send back to CIC electronicaly.

Will CIC re-try for this ...Or will they wait ?

Can they take chance to reject the Application ?... Really worried about this..... Plz plz Help advise....

Okay. So it's completeness check first, followed by fee charge and then PER ?Yes. If application is found complete, then it goes to next stage which is "CC/DD charge", and if charge is successful then they forward your application for eligibility stage. Then they do eligibility review if found eligible then they send your PER.

Looks like completeness check and Determination of +ve eligibility are 2 separate things with separate guidelines.

Makes sense and it works in our favor.

As far as my knowledge CC is charged only up to May 28th, so there is no possibility for the inclusion of applications received upto mid June in yesterday's CIC CAP update

My question here...

do you think the same guy does the completeness check and +ve eligibility check? or you think it moves to some expert for further checks in order to consider it eligible for PER?

Did we see any PER of 26th MAY?

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service. Applications are not sent via courier.

So this means my file was returned due to my draft issue?.........My NOC is 2174.......i want to know if i send my application with update payment mode.......is there any chance that i can make the cap?

Sorry to hear that thind26. So you received the mail today (5 days after actual app is returned to you). The problem is , if you wait for the package to reach you and then resent, it will be late for NOC2174. but no harm in trying i guess..start preparing the application forms with latest forms from the web and get the latest POF statements as well, so that when you get the returned package, you can just take the originals, and other valid supporting and resend immediately

I just checked SS and you have used DD did you happen to mention the wrong amount?? could you check the DD you sent and spot what could be wrong?
