it means CIO process is divided into 3 stages not 2

file initial review >>> payment encash >>> final review/point calculation before sending PER.

Is there a number to call CIC?

I have tried calling the numbers which are online... But its not for immigration department is what they said... They gave a number for CIC but no good...

Please provide me with the CIC number if u guys have... Thanks.

I think if file is complete only then only they accept it & include in Cap list. Payment decline is rejection & it seems that Thind DD had some problem & they found it in initial screening & reject his file

I don't think it is just completeness check, because if the cap is updated based on completeness and it is failed due to payment issue; will they revert the cap ?

YOur timeline is really interesting. YOur application reached on 6/12 and CIC already tried to charge your DD? That's unlike anything we have seen here. Does that mean update for DD charge takes almost a month to show up?

I feel like CIC made a mistake and sent you wrong email.

I am 8th May 2014 applicant and received my PER on 14th August, i have no news from London VO ( i know they are Lazy) ...just need to know that any FSW 2014 applicant received any info from London VO? my online application status only shows single line that we received your application on dated ......please update me about any case reported from London VO of any applicant.....

completness check before applications are put in queue for CC/DD charge... Also if he received the package back by mail, and as CIC uses regular post, that means, 9th June application were checked for completeness, some 15 or 20 days back to today approximatelty.

What do you others have to say? we have seen many such cases these past 2 weeks.... i also remember someone from June mid/end informing that his HR got a reference call for job duties .... :-\

Guys, just an update, got to know from my Dad, DD got encashed on 12th, I am a 23rd May 1112 applicant.

Now when can i expect the PER golden mail for me

PER will be in your inbox in 10 days. This analysis is based on my DD deduction and PER mail recieving date. Just keep a close eye on "SPAM / THRASH / JUNK", also obviously INBOX

To search your mailbox better, search with UCI since it will be unique or in very less emails to sort out and get the waiting cic mail if already at your end

Hey Thind, does the email have your identifying information? I am thinking that CIC might have mistook you for somebody else and sent this email.
