My app was returned today and was received 9th june. It was returned as i forgot to put me diploma certificate and my manager didnt write my duties/responsibilities in the work letter. I will post it again this week, are my chances of making it still good, noc 3012

How are applications dated 9th June being returned while CIC has not begun charging June 2nd applications ? Or am I missing something fundamental here ?

Can you guys look at these questions below?

In 5669 - background information form, it asks for full detail of all secondary and post secondary education.
I have done my bachelor's and master's in us and have evaluated these two degrees through WES.

However, I have attended 3 years of college/university in my home country before transferring to a US college for my bachelor's. Should I list these three years of incomplete study in that section as well?
If I do, then the most important question is what supporting document should I provide for this education, because it's not covered by WES ECA report?

Someone suggested that I include "education documents" for those three years in my application to CIO?
I do have a copy of my transcripts only, which I can enclose along with notarized translation of it. And I can include that in my application to CIO.

Would that suffice, because I cannot get it evaluated by WES.
Please let me know.

One more query I have can i get PCC from indian consulate dubai n dubai police on behalf of my husband. Like if i give authorisation letter of my husband do they give me Pcc?? As my husband is presently not in dubai

No email, it came in the post. I forgot my diploma certificate and my manager didnt write my duties/responsibilities so they sent it back saying i didnt give evidence that i performed the main duties set in the NOC. I will get it sent out tomorrow and get my manager to do me a new letter. My mistake but very frustrating!

Did they send any Email before about rejection or you received only your application package returned today....??

I understand this as starting January 2015 no applications will be accepted under the old system

According to the Ministerial Instructions, these caps prescribed in MI12 are valid for the period from May 01, 2014 to April 30, 2015. This is applicable unless otherwise indicated in a future Ministerial Instruction.

It seems that they might have worked completeness check by mid of June till now & the update yesterday includes complete applications rather than based on issuance of PER...........

It's perfectly fine to use your funds so long as you can be assured of ring able to demonstrate the necessary funds for 4 persons (yes 4) when next requested by the VO. Leave yourself some cushion and be safe.

I wish you another baby as you seek. In this case after you confirm pregnancy, inform the local VO and they will instruct you. If you can make it to Canada before the birth you are fine. If not you will need to add your baby to your application and provide the same documents as for your other child, which may somewhat delay your processing time.
