My app was returned today and was received 9th june. It was returned as i forgot to put me diploma certificate and my manager didnt write my duties/responsibilities in the work letter. I will post it again this week, are my chances of making it still good, noc 3012

Do it right away, your NOC is very quite and estimated to not be filled this year

Just one question, you just got the app by mail, CIC didn't send you an email first?

Don't worry, u can make it.. Sent it as early as possible. When did they returned ur file. Becoz I also sent my file on June 4th, I had some flaws in my application... So little worried. Did they give any email notification before returning application.

Palak is right!

The thing is, CC is fine as long as the payment is not denied by the bank to CIC, after a number of attempts CIC sends the application back. In fact in this forum there are many cases where people reported that during the waiting period there were changes made to their CC. There was this one odd case where the bank had issued a new CC to the applicant because of some new RBI guidelines, these things can complicate. Not always but sometimes.

However a DD is free of all those issues; the only issue is that the DD processing time is longer.
