I am May 28 applicant, I have my CC Charged, I am wondering - Is this the right time to get the process for PCC get started? Please advise

What is your VO? You can make a PCC if you are from one of the speedy VOs like CPC-O and NDVO. But you can also wait until you get a PER.

Firs of all, read my post again and make sure you understand what is written.
Those cash dates are for ALL NOCs on those dates not only for 0013/15. I clearly have no problem with statistics but I believe you need to learn understanding what you read.
As I said before, I have a very solid work experience for the past 25 years and I can still apply under more than one cold NOCs, so there is no need for me scared of anything.

There may be a very small amount of 0013/15 applicants but their concerns are still valid as other applicants. And if these NOCs are taking longer to process than other NOCs people need to know that so they can keep waiting calmly.

And as you couldn't understand the idea behind the "dates" you apparently couldn't understand what "no one was nice enough to answer" means as well.
That is not an accusation. That simply means "I did not get any answers".

PS: Admins, I am following this forum for over 4 months now and haven't seen such a rode, primitive and vulgar post in this forum. Please either ban this person or inform him about the forum rules. Thanks.

Max, in CIC site, 30 complete 0013 applications are received. I think this may give a bit good indication taking into considerations that not all applicants are members in this forum, moreover I still can think not every one created an entry in the SS will definitely keep it updated as his file progresses.

So, my optinion to you and myself is to:

1. Send an email to CIO office asking for updates (i sent it couple of days and still waiting their reply)
2. Define a due date after which you will start a new application package under a different NOC
3. After completing the new package you will probably have two options, either you got some good news with the 0013 app or you get negative or no updates and will proceed with the new one.

if you are from India and do not live in Delhi.... then YES else if you have passport from DELHI than the better is considered the latest and in Delhi you get it within a day at max, usually 2 hours ;D

While hot NOC folks can't be stopped to worry, but the cold NOC folks should get rest assured that if CIC continues to receive and process applications at this rate, their NOCs won't be filled by the millennium end, or atleast until global warming converts Canada into Dubai, in which case you won't bother about it anyhow.
