Second, I really still don't think you have a reason to worry. There aren't many applications under 0013 and 0015 in this forum to accurately determine what's going on. There are only 7 applicants under 0013 whose applications are received before May 28 (latest charge date) and only 1 applicant under 0015 (already charged) before May 28. Also, CIC's latest cap update does show that 9 and 40 complete applications for 0015 and 0013 respectively. So I don't see any evidence pointing to your theory yet.

My personal opinion is that all NOCs should be treated the same, the cap is the same and the criteria is the same. However, in the SS sheet I see some applicants on 2nd week of May (7,8,12) and CC is not yet charged. May be they didn't update or follow the forum anymore for any reason, but this is why I was trying to get some feedback from them directly.

Also @ CanOl was also telling that these 00xx NOCs are treated with high attention (in his opinion).. Honestly, I regret applying under this NOC and will wait and see how it goes to act accordingly.

Some May 7th and 8th applications are still being charged. So there is no reason to think that the yet-to-be charged applications are all incomplete.

Also, it is possible that some of those applications for 00 categories might have been rejected (but yet to be received by the applicant) primarily due to insufficient job duties/mismatch since these are really high-qualification NOCs and would be difficult to qualify for. We had some discussion about this issue for a couple applicants early on (they applied to it even though their duties didn't seem like is enough). But if you are sure about your application, I would not lose my peace over it.

I think no 7th or 8th May 0013 applicants are charged, I just checked the SS few mins ago..

not talking about these particular NOCs, just in general for all NOCs. It's not a lot but they are still charging May 7th and 8th.

Today i have got the request for additional documents regarding employment, I have worked for a big Indian MNC and submitted HR letter at the time of submission of my application.

Please provide your inputs on how to proceed this, do i need to send original or copy of the documents. What documents i can provide.

Here is the email:

VO sometime need explanation from candidate. In that case, they invite for interview. Generally it happens before medical.

You got visa, that means, it has been waived.

May 7th - 8/19
May 8th - 8/16
May 9th - 8/17
May 12th - 8/22

May 7th and May 8th applications "are not being" charged for a MONTH now.
Even May 12th applications aren't being charged for 3 weeks now.

So, I would like to ask again, why do you think the pre 13th 0013/15 applicants are not still charged? Are they all insufficient/wrong applications?

3) PCC is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. But it should have been issued within 3 months of the date of issuance when NDVO receives it.

BTW, as per the SS, no 0015 application is received within May. 18/6 is the earliest received 0015 application.

I repeat again, there is not much data in this forum to say if CIC is treating these NOCs any differently. CIC has published 9 and 40 complete applications for 0015 and 0013 respectively. That's what you should be looking at. It is also possible that there is a high rejection rate for these NOCs due to job mismatch (mainly people without the level of seniority required applying under these NOCs). But that's where my opinion ends. Rest is upto you.
