Dear Senior Boarders, I have two questions regarding showing the settlement fund as below
1- Can I show my share holdings (stock holding/equity holding) by producing a statement from my DEMAT account as a proof of my settlement fund?
2- How much amount should I show (in INR) towards the settlement funds so that my application sails through without any problems.

Appreciate your thoughts and help on the above two questions

God Bless All

1. Shares are allowed as POF.
2. Show amount that is required as per CIC depending on no of dependents. Obviously I assume, you will do the forex conversion from CAD to INR.

When PCC is taken in Bangalore, police commissioner, it shows the residing address, plus the date from when you were residing based on the identity proof you provided for your PCC.
Other states / PSK PCC, may have a different format, not sure of that.
Hope this helps

Correct.

In fact I had seen PCC from Punjab SSP office has address however the ones from Delhi PSK doesn't.

CC Charge - 4th September
PER - 12th September

Application Date: 22nd May
NOC: 2132

Updated the details in the Spreadsheet!

I have few questions to ask the forum members

1. Will I get AOR from VO? ( my VO is New Delhi) and how long it takes from date of receiving PER (Approximately).

2. Can I apply for PCC and Medicals before I get AOR? or do I need to wait till I get request from VO.

3. Is there any validity time frame for Medicals?. Since I am going to take medical certificate for my new work permit, I want to take only one certificate which will serve for my immigration purpose also.

This forum is very useful for new FSWP applicants, thanks for the efforts of all members and admin

Vidya

Congratulations friend... all the best

Regards,
Ahmed

Hi Saps,

Are you from blore? Do you have any idea how long it will to get the PCC via PSK, if my current address is not same as the one on the passport?

Thank you.

quoting from what i have read from earlier posts. If you are requesting PCC from PSK and if the address does not match, the process will be (PSK process + PCC request via police).

I did via police commissioner's office directly and it took approximately 15 days... and it may extend max to 20 days. But you get the status via SMS, or can also check in the Sakala website.

Yes, myself from Bengaluru ;D

Thank you very much for that. Can you kindly let me know which office should I approach in Bangalore. I am new to this place. Sorry for the inconvenience.

If the FULL TIME is not mentioned in the Reference letter but mentioned in the supporting documents like company offer letter, will that be ok?

I read a quote recently from someone, cant recollect now. >:(
He says if it doesn't mention anything, then it should be considered as full time, coz normally if you have worked parttime, or less than say 40 hours/week, then usually the HR's do mention it in reference letters or even appointment letters.... ;D
This actually makes complete sense to me... so if CIC / VO also think alike, then you are good :D. ...... Thought i will share.... Good Luck!!!
