Hi Oscar,
well, most of duplicate entries are detected and "merged" with a newly entered entry automatically. The "Entry Created" timestamp is taken from the older entry, so for the purpose of the estimates we know exactly when an entry was added for the first time.

It's possible that some small amount of duplicate entries exists (people should use their edit links to avoid that! :) ). Mostly they're difficult to find even for a human. I go over the spreadsheet from time to time and remove them using a special slower algorithm that can detect them, but usually their amount is not significant to affect the estimates much.

Its a very good SS. Great job of keeping it updated. +1 seems too little for the worth of it but anyways here you go.
Just a small query, does it auto update the estimates of charging etc as now a days pace of CIC is quite fast.

I have a very basic question. What is difference between AOR and PER ? I googled around for some time but couldn't find any clear answer to it. Do we get PER after AOR ? I got mail from cohen that they recieved my AOR. Hope I get my PER soon.

Any 8th May NDVO applicants receive their medicals yet? Any guesses when that will start?

You get PER from CIC after being charged. PER = positive eligibility review (that is, you are found eligible for FSW and your application will now be processed)
AOR = acknowledgement of receipt (you get it from your local visa office once your file is transferred from CIC to the visa office; and not all VO give this).

So, AOR is sent after PER and as you can see, PER is the big thing while AOR is really not that big of a deal.

As I thought, So I will wait for my PER now. Thank you. Please pray that I get the PER now that I have atleast the AOR.

If you follow what I have posted below you can get stuff added to your original package - I have already done that so sharing the same. Good luck! :)

For adding data to application sent earlier:

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/fsw-2014-applicants-timeline-lets-network-here-t199004.58650.html

Read my post in arusso's post and then the 2 links in there take you to 2 posts that again have my post in them (might need to scroll up or down or move to a previous page). One of the 2 links opens to page 3361 as you will notice, however need to move to the previous page, 3360, for the last post there.

Ignore the word of caution there as it was meant to let folks know that this is to be used in emergency situations only.

Need to courier the material as well as email the scanned version, and most importantly ask for confirmation on whether the document has been successfully added. All the information is already there - just read it very carefully please. Cheers!

Bro, Understood. How many days they took to reply your mail ?
the NOC I applied under is 4011 and it is not HOT. I won't mind to wait two more weeks as I have everything ready to launch another application.
you added you cover letter as a scanned copy. I have to send all the notarized copies of my academic certificates and mark-sheets.
Do I need to send the originals ?

they will return your previous application package automatically without charging your DD. You don't need to inform them anything.

Thanks Bro, Just tell should it be okay to attach only the notarized copies ? or originals are needed to be submitted ?

What? You already have an AOR? Then you must already have a PER. You get medical request after AOR. The sequence is:

fee charged --> PER --> AOR --> MR---> passport/visa

It's the academic transcripts and diploma right? Just the copies are needed, not the original.

Woah Great! Thanks to GOD. Thanks a lot for your reply. I am not sure how/when the fees was paid, I had paid the fees to Cohen Campbell people during the application submission. They just sent me a mail today with some UCI number and File number and said they recieved the AOR. My application was received by CIO on 22 May.

Thank you again for your help!
